Pros: I did not like the service. I can't even get them to respond to me.

Cons: They did not give me paperwork when I turned the car in, the man lied to me and said a copy was in the folder. The office told me I would receive an invoice by email and I found out about the charge only because I checked my credit card. I am very unhappy with Hertz/Firefly and discover cars and would like to be reimbursed for false charges.

Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: ~€ 670.00), Theft Protection, Contract fee, Third Party Liability (TPL), Airport surcharge, Tourism levy, Free modifications, State Tax.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 18 years.
A Young driver fee is not applied.

There is no maximum age.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if it is accompanied by a regular driver's license, is issued by an official authority or government-authorized organization, and is in physical (not digital) form.

Customers are only allowed to rent only if they agree to a credit check and their credit score is satisfactory.

In order to pick up the car, the following documents are required: valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, Passport or ID card, booking voucher.
Deposit and deductible policy

Optional extras and services
Available special equipment: GPS Navigation system, Baby seat (up to 1 year of age), Child seat (2-4 years of age), Booster seat (4-10 years of age).
Prices for extras are shown on the booking page.

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.

Delivery/Collection service is available only by previous request.
Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Additional information
All vehicles are equipped with an electronic toll device. This service allows automatic payment of all fees due for passing through any electronic toll barrier. Toll expenses will be automatically paid by credit card without any additional cost.

The vehicle must be returned in an acceptably clean condition in order to avoid additional charges.
Business hours
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 29 minutes.
