Cons: that the name had been changed and therefore not easy to find the location

Cons: A typical bait and switch operation. You agree to pay one price when you book, and when you arrive with your family and luggage, all of a sudden there are other fees (double the original) that you must pay to pick up. You've already spent an hour getting there from the terminal, and you would spend another hour going back to the terminal (waiting for the bus + luggage). So you end up paying and feeling defrauded. DO NOT RECOMMEND. THERE IS A REASON WHY THE RATING IS SO LOW.

Cons: Hidden cost of insurance (stung for extra £100 at counter), bus service to pick up and drop off burdensome, poorly maintained car, didn't get the model I booked, company name has changed so couldn't find the office, also took bus to car rental village and it's not clear the office is elsewhere (took over two hours to collect car)

Cons: Waited long time at stansted to complete forms even though did the online uploads. Waited for ages for the car to turn up. Staff not very friendly at stansted. Tried calling stansted office as oil warning light kept coming on 10 minutes after we left stansted but no one answered! Called again 4 more times and still no answer! We told the guy at Gatwick about it when dropped car.

Cons: The agent wasn't overly friendly. It wasn't clear that we needed to get a shuttle bus to collect the car as it said meet and greet. The issue with the extra insurance.

Cons: We booked a 7 seater people mover and were given a 9 seater van. Very Basic model, no cameras, or carplay for maps etc. It was difficult to park in country Norfolk and cumbersome to drive. When we collected the car at Stansted it was farcical. The agents couldn’t even find the keys and gave some ridiculous story about the vehicle being blocked in. We had been travelling all day, had a 2hr drive ahead of us and had to wait an hour in a freezing cold night for a vehicle we didn’t want! Not happy.

Cons: I've got insurance with Discover Cars and the rental company has still blocked the 1500 GBP on my credit card for 28 days. They said that the insurance doesn't interest them. Also I had to sign that any ticket comes with 55 GBP "processing fee" and this information wasn't available when I was doing the booking.

Pros: First time I've used them. Considerably cheaper than others. Good quality car. Efficient checkout of car without undue pressure to buy extras. Polite staff. No hassle returning the car (though was thoroughly checked).

Cons: Return was into an untarmaced car park, not well signed. Long wait for shuttle bus to terminal. Would be unpleasant in the dark or if raining.

Cons: No car inspection on collection. Only one rep so I had a bit of a wait on collection and an even longer wait when I returned the car.

Pros: Hired a car to be picked up at airport but 2 days later got an email to say car was to be picked up offsite. On returning var to heathrow offsite drop off was informed by staff a free shuttle bus would arrive at 13 mins past hour to take us to the airport. Waited till halfpast no bus turned up returned to desk to be told next bus would be 13 mins past next hour or we could catch public bus and pay.

Cons: It was stated that an Easirent agent would be at the "Meet & Greet" in Stansted. That was not the case. Myself and another customer rode a bus to the 'Rental Car Village' but Easirent was not located there either. We were then instructed to go to the Maple Parking Lot, which is where it was located. Would be great to let customers know this from the beginning & with instructions/directions for how to get there.

Cons: We were first on the minibus to be taken to the of site place but the person who got on after us was then first off and took ages at checkin cause he didn't have the right card etc. Then Easirent tried to give us a smaller car to what we had paid for!!! It took us an hour from arriving at the car port to leaving in our car.

Cons: they operate a ridiculously expensive deposit system and ask for documentation like bank statement and utility bills !!!!!! NO BILLS / STATEMENTS NO CAR !!!!!!

Pros: They checked the car with me before and after the rental - meant we could agree on and both sign for state of car which was a real bonus! Fair fuel policy a good thing. Almost a brand new car.

Cons: - they did add a small premium on to upgrade to unlimited miles - 10 minute minibus journey down the motorway from the airport (Stansted) not an issue as such but just be aware - as a UK renter they asked me to bring my DVLA number but didn't actually check it, they did however need proof of address which wasn't clear on the pre-rental T&Cs - managed to sort it but could have been a disaster!

Cons: They are scammers. The guy behind the counter would lie that you failed the credit check and now you have to buy the insurance!!. That scammer made me buy their expensive insurance. I even asked him to show me the outcome of the credit check as it's impossible to fail. he said it comes on a screen for a second and then disappears. BULLSHIT!! later on, when I checked my credit file there was NO indication of any search made during that time. I absolutely hated it!

Pros: Was easy once I changed my rental reservation by making an entirely new booking through Discovercars due to the driver not having s valid credit card.
