Pros: It was easy to find, drop was quickly done

Cons: Wrong smaller car at an additional cost. Took 1 hour to get the car. Agent was not English speaking. The clutch and the gear stick felt very worn out. No help from the agent to find a solution, it was take it or leave it.

Pros: Good value for money, and the drop-off process was smooth.

Cons: Finding the kiosk inside the airport was challenging due to a lack of prior instructions. The car was in poor condition; the front door made a cracking noise when opened, and the overall state of the vehicle was subpar. The staff were unfriendly, particularly the person at the kiosk and the support line representative I called. The employee who handed over the car seemed inexperienced and was unable to answer my questions about various car functions. Overall, my experience was very disappointing

Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 930.00), Theft Protection, Roadside Assistance (in the country of pick-up), Third Party Liability (TPL), Airport surcharge, VAT (value added tax), Free modifications.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 23 years.
A Young driver fee is not applied.

Maximum rental age is 69 years.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

Driver licenses will be accepted if issued in the following country(ies): EU countries.
Driver licenses from all other countries must be accompanied with International Driving Permit (IDP).

In order to pick up the car, the following documents are required: passport, valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, booking voucher.
Cross-border policy
ferry use is available on previous request at least 2 days before the pick up date.
Using a ferry is allowed on the previous request and for an additional charge of 25 EUR per way.
Ferry usage is forbidden from: Samos
It is forbidden to cross country borders.
In the event that Cross Border & Territorial Restrictions are violated, all protections lose their validity.
Optional extras and services
Available special equipment: GPS Navigation system, Baby seat (up to 1 year of age), Child seat (2-4 years of age), Booster seat (4-10 years of age), Snow chains.

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.

It is allowed to add up to 2 additional drivers.
Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a certain amount of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Additional information
The vehicle must be returned in an acceptably clean condition in order to avoid additional charges.

Winter tires are not mandatory in Greece.
Business hours
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 180 minutes.
