Pros: Is that a serious question? Nothing

Cons: The attitude of the staff unsupportive and rude. Tried to rip off for everything possible, scratches on the car, fuel, the way you drive in. Biggest rental scam I have seen. Not recommended at all. Google rating 2.4 says everything. I was an idiot not looking at it beforehand.

Cons: it took too long to get the car, many people in line and limited team to handle them, although our reservation was perfectly correct still it took about 25min to finalize the procedure

Pros: I didn’t. It was a horrendous experience.

Cons: The fact I was two hours late they insisted I had to pay for an upgrade as my can had been rented out. Even though there were cars smaller than the one I had to purchase. Also the condition of the underside of the car wasn’t inspected and the paint work was obviously sprayed and rusty and was likely to come off very easily which it did. We had to again buy our way out of the car place as it was so stressful with timing and catching our flight. It was the worst car hire experience I ever had.

Cons: Pick up is outside of the airport perimeter although close. Would leave someone at departures with bags next time, walk to car and then return for bags with the car.

Cons: The solution they presented to help me out of my credit card problem eventually increased the price by 125 EUR. Also - we spent exactly an hour waiting till two other clients get their cars.

Cons: waited in line for 1 hour before we got the counter, car was gross on the inside, didn't work properly, didn't feel safe in it, had to waste 4 hours trading in a new one after being given a hard time as to why I didn't feel safe in the car, got charged an extra day simply because I was 20 minutes late dropping it off.

Pros: The check in personnel was great and car was great.

Cons: Discovery did not make clear the add on costs eg charge for out of hours pick up. After paying full insurance 860 euros still required as deposit. On drop off at other location of which we paid an additional charge the lady arrived 25 minutes late to a que of other customers.

Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Mileage: 750 km per rental, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 806.00), Theft Protection, Roadside Assistance (in the country of pick-up), Third Party Liability (TPL), Airport surcharge, Environmental charge, Free modifications, State Tax.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 21 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 23.

There is no maximum age.
A senior driver fee applies to drivers over the age of 74.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

In addition to the regular driver license, an International Driving Permit is also mandatory if the customer is not a resident of the following country(ies): United Kingdom, EU countries.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if it is accompanied by a regular driver's license, is issued by an official authority or government-authorized organization, and is in physical (not digital) form.


Residents of the following country(ies): United Kingdom are required to present the following document(s): driver license with photo in order to pick up the car.
Deposit and deductible policy

Optional extras and services
Available special equipment: GPS Navigation system, Baby seat (up to 1 year of age), Booster seat (4-10 years of age), Snow chains.
Prices for extras are shown on the booking page.

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
Underage additional drivers are subject to both Young Driver and Additional Driver fees.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.


Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a certain amount of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Additional information
Winter tires are not mandatory in Greece.
Business hours
The supplier will hold the vehicle for 2 hours after your scheduled pick-up time as long as it is within their normal business hours. After this time, your booking may be canceled without refund.
