Pros: Cheap, car was full of dents but that didn't bother me. Fuel to same instead of to full. At the price I was sure to get ripped off at some point but everything was fine :D

Cons: Bit harder to find the office, unclarity up front if the dropoff was close to the airport and if a shuttle was needed or not. It was great in the end, but the uncertainty upfront made me almost book a more expensive car

Pros: Nice Sales people. The place was just outside the Airport, and lots of space and the place looked clean and in good quality. Compared to the price lending, and all in all the scratches already on the car - it was a very fair price. But the car as driven was very good - but some scratches on it - but I would say never mind. The driving and Road condition is very poor some places on the country side.

Cons: We got it with lots of scratches on the painting, but they also accepted it as such. That was very positive. So nothing bad about AddCar really - we love the way things worked. Nice sales people.

Pros: Quick and they did not try and rip you off as the car was covered in dents and not in good condition but it worked and the company were really cheap so can't complain too much.

Cons: No screen wash, the AC sounded like a jet engine and the petrol and bonnet levers were broke. Car worked fine but was in poor condition.

Cons: According to the information provided by Discover cars, the rental company was supposed to be "in terminal". It was not. The fuel policy was supposed to be "full to full". I was instead "same to same".

Cons: The condition of the car was below my expectations. The front left headlight didn't work, there was no spare tire and/or jack, there was no tire inflation kit.

Pros: Mr. Efthymios is an employee with professionalism. The receipt of the car as well as the delivery took place in zero time. I was happy with the car I rented for the price I paid.

Cons: I did not like the fact that they take €990 deposit for any “Excess” to the insurance and that return of same deposit is not offered until some 14 days from return of the car.

Pros: Easy going staff,relaxed and helpful. I needed a car with a bigger trunk than the one initially assigned and they changed it on the spot, it took 2 minutes to switch to a bigger car.

Cons: The condition of the car was very poor:full of dents and scratches, brake disks needed a change as they were vibrating heavily and needed a lot of force to actually stop the car. It had a lot of flywheel and clutch noise everytime I was shifting gears(and I did that a lot considering it was a small engine and a lot of mountain roads to cross in Lefkada). Overall,I think the car should be inspected more often by a mechanic as the one I had seemed that it had never been in a garage upon delivery.

Pros: Car Agency addcar was fine, there was no problem. Pick up and drop off car was easy and fast.

Cons: Car was is terrible condition. Engine showed some problems and we were disappointed about that. There was a lot of small errors (with key, whipers, windows opening,..)

Pros: Not much. Car in a terrible state - dents/scratches everywhere. Windscreen washer didn’t work. Supposed to be full tank to full tank… car supplied with half tank and told to return with half tank - typical scam/hassle as impossible to know how much to fill.

Cons: Breach of contract with the car being not supplied full of fuel as requested. They insisted on taking a further hefty security deposit on arrival. Exceptionally poor customer service suggesting it was ‘not a problem’ despite the car being collected late at night. The car was dreadful and barely able to get up hills meaning it guzzled fuel costing a lot to refill it despite being a small low-value car. Would not recommend at all. The ‘low quote’ is far from it in reality. Go for Hertz/Avis!

Cons: Low score because there was only one member of staff to deal with multiple rental customers arriving on the same flight. Pre-booked rentals and flight times are known well in advance, the office should be staffed accordingly. This gives a poor impression of the business to clients, making them wait unnecessarily long times for a straightforward transaction, not to mention the stress placed on the single member of staff.

Pros: Our flight was cancelled and so I had to rearrange pickup due to our later arrival time on new flight. When I called the people on the phone were great and very helpful. Lady who met us when we arrived at destination was lovely and accommodating. She went above and beyond to ensure we were happy and offered to help with suggestions for places to eat, see, visit. Top customer service!
