Cons: The car wasn't what I expected. It is the LOWEST quality at its category. AC worked intermittently, no power windows at the back sit, no rear cam. Very simple car with respect to the advertisement at their website. NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL.

Cons: The location of the rent.comp. isnt a problem..: its cca 300m from the airp., luggage carts are available. Unfortunately, the logo of the rent.c. isnt visible from the airp., but it would be enough to write that the r.c. is right next to the Shell gas station. The car was clean: the exterior and the interior too, but after the previous use, maps were left on the seats. Solved with a towel. The r.comp. is the cheapest in the whole area and if this was a tax for it, I didnt mind undergoing it..

Ladies sent us onvoice which we never signed and it was signed for us - they signed it and pretendent it was us! AVOID THESE CHEATERS!!!!!!!!!!

Cons: We got a much smaller car we provided, After complaining we got another (dirty) car. After 100 meters driving we had to turn back because of engine was not good. After an hour we could leave. It tooks 3 weeks we got our creditcard deposit back!! Never Dirent anymore!!!!

Cons: It would have been so helpful on arrival to have "next to the Shell petrol station" written on the order paperwork. A better roadmap of the area would have been nice.

Cons: Company had no record of my baby seat booking nor any suitable seats I could use. Offered almost no assistance in helping me find one short of phoning Hertz. Car was grossly underpowered and in average condition.

Cons: Hard to find, we were chased up because we were running 15 minutes late, due to passport control queue. The car’s tyre pressure warning light came on after we collected the car. All 4 tyre pressures were extremely low, and clearly were not checked regularly by the car hire company.

Cons: The instructions on where to go to pick up the car were not good as the car rental companies were mainly opposite the airport so we spent ages walking up and down that street in the dark trying to find them, until the rental company called and told us to leave the airport and cross the road, where we would find them behind the Esso garage.

Cons: Nothing. It was a lovely surprise compared to my previous rental with Enterprise at London Heathrow.

Cons: I booked and paid for a Skoda Octavia. I got a small old Peugeot 307. The car had a very small engine, the times was almost done. So when we drove uphill it had big problems.

Cons: Car wasn't ready when we arrived, they didn't have our booking on the system. Had to go to a local taverna and wait 3 hours for a car to come in.

Pros: The pick up and drop off was fast and efficient although the damage sheet wasn’t filled in by the empt(I took photos) and when I told him the engine Check light was on he said it’s ok we know !

Cons: The only issue I had was that the car did not have a remote key fob.

Pros: The value for money was good as it was the most reasonable price we could find. One member of staff was particular helpful and concerned about the problems we had.

Cons: The boot broke within the first hour which made the use of the car a bit of a pain as we were moving around a lot. The battery died and it was a hassle getting it fixed and they didn’t seem to be very proactive in helping or getting it fixed. We wasted half a day getting it sorted and had to pay for a local mechanic to come look at it. And we were not reimbursed.

Pros: Generally all good. New car and fairly efficient process.

Cons: There was some damage which neither of us noticed when I picked up the car as it was night and dark. It could have been me, could have not - it happens. But the paperwork to sort was slow. Good news is that I bought full coverage with Discover Car and it paid in full - fast and flawless!

Pros: No waiting, I was served straight away.

Cons: Car was supplied with a warning light on that said it had a flat tyre. The car had a lane departure system that shook the steering wheel, I should have been told about this feature.

Cons: They charged me for a tiny scratch that they said I did but you would have to be very very good at inspecting a rental car when you collect it to see such a scratch. These guys are total sharks would not go near them and will also post such a message on social media so other people don’t get ripped off.

Cons: We had to wait for car to be cleaned (quick wash and vac) Radio didn't work, car sounded rough, temperature light came on at one point, we had a puncture on the way back to the airport and the spare was also flat.

Cons: Advertised location (Hard to find) Very slow only 1 person on the desk and had several people collecting at the same time. Holiday makers want to be in their way not waiting in a queue. Maybe a welcome drink of water or when the queue is long ? Every little detail adds to a good service

Cons: There are no real pointers to the car rental desk/kiosk from the exit of the arrivals area of the airport. I found it frustrating using your directions on the paperwork.

Cons: The directions to the office are not clear enough, as we booked via Discover Cars we where looking and asking for them, but the office is sign posted Dirent and if we had been told the office was next to the Shell Gas Station to the right of the Airport Exit we would have found it much quicker than we did.

Cons: Seats were all marked. If they had seat covers then they could be removed and washed. Also no water in windscreen washer.

Cons: Need a bit more guidance as to where they are situated as they are not on the airport with the other companies, but within walking distance. We just had to ask someone where they were so no biggie.

Cons: Our flight was delayed and the desk was closed when we landed (other hire cars had left their desks open). We ended up sleeping outside the airport and asked if they could open early in the morning which they said they’d try. The website said the desk opened at 8.00 and we hoped for something before then. At 8.15 the desk was still closed and eventually I got to the desk to collect the car around 8.45. No apology - just a threat that they don’t have to rent the car.

And we have to pay extra 10€ because rental agents said car is "full of shit" from inside. I don't know why is my problem that car is dusty from their Greece roads. And I don't know why is my problem that I have to drop off car 15 minutes earlier because of my flight and check-in time.
