Pros: Fast, easy and friendly pickup and return.

Cons: The only issue I had was that the car did not have a remote key fob.

Pros: The value for money was good as it was the most reasonable price we could find. One member of staff was particular helpful and concerned about the problems we had.

Cons: The boot broke within the first hour which made the use of the car a bit of a pain as we were moving around a lot. The battery died and it was a hassle getting it fixed and they didn’t seem to be very proactive in helping or getting it fixed. We wasted half a day getting it sorted and had to pay for a local mechanic to come look at it. And we were not reimbursed.

Pros: Generally all good. New car and fairly efficient process.

Cons: There was some damage which neither of us noticed when I picked up the car as it was night and dark. It could have been me, could have not - it happens. But the paperwork to sort was slow. Good news is that I bought full coverage with Discover Car and it paid in full - fast and flawless!

Pros: No waiting, I was served straight away.

Cons: Car was supplied with a warning light on that said it had a flat tyre. The car had a lane departure system that shook the steering wheel, I should have been told about this feature.

Cons: They charged me for a tiny scratch that they said I did but you would have to be very very good at inspecting a rental car when you collect it to see such a scratch. These guys are total sharks would not go near them and will also post such a message on social media so other people don’t get ripped off.

Cons: One of the car seats was awful, the foam was gone and my son said that it was very uncomfortable.

Cons: We had to wait for car to be cleaned (quick wash and vac) Radio didn't work, car sounded rough, temperature light came on at one point, we had a puncture on the way back to the airport and the spare was also flat.

Cons: Advertised location (Hard to find) Very slow only 1 person on the desk and had several people collecting at the same time. Holiday makers want to be in their way not waiting in a queue. Maybe a welcome drink of water or when the queue is long ? Every little detail adds to a good service

Cons: the agent tried to blame in making tiny microscopic scratch that i did not do . they went directly to the place as if thay knew about it in advance

Cons: car was the wrong category. Kept us waiting in the cold of 30mins to bring car. Then more mins to clean the car. They don't have a customer friendly back up plan when things go wrong. Typical cowboy style local agents

Cons: There are no real pointers to the car rental desk/kiosk from the exit of the arrivals area of the airport. I found it frustrating using your directions on the paperwork.

Cons: It was tricky to find at first if there had been a queue it would have been very hot to wait outside

Cons: The directions to the office are not clear enough, as we booked via Discover Cars we where looking and asking for them, but the office is sign posted Dirent and if we had been told the office was next to the Shell Gas Station to the right of the Airport Exit we would have found it much quicker than we did.

Cons: Seats were all marked. If they had seat covers then they could be removed and washed. Also no water in windscreen washer.

Pros: Very quick transaction on arrival and return. No waiting.

Cons: Need a bit more guidance as to where they are situated as they are not on the airport with the other companies, but within walking distance. We just had to ask someone where they were so no biggie.

Cons: Car was in poor condition and not particularly clean. The rental place isn't on the airport grounds so you have to cross a busy main road with luggage to get there

Cons: The car was old and in a very poor condition. We had an issue with the car and couldn’t reach any representative from Direct by phone or email. No one picked up and their inbox was full.

Pros: The agent waited an extra 3 hours (until 10pm) when our flight was delayed. Very glad he did.

Cons: Our flight was delayed and the desk was closed when we landed (other hire cars had left their desks open). We ended up sleeping outside the airport and asked if they could open early in the morning which they said they’d try. The website said the desk opened at 8.00 and we hoped for something before then. At 8.15 the desk was still closed and eventually I got to the desk to collect the car around 8.45. No apology - just a threat that they don’t have to rent the car.

Cons: Rental desk is very hard finding. Agents are very unpolite. We have to pay extra 30€ because we drop off car 15 minutes earlier. And we have to pay extra 10€ because rental agents said car is "full of shit" from inside. I don't know why is my problem that car is dusty from their Greece roads. And I don't know why is my problem that I have to drop off car 15 minutes earlier because of my flight and check-in time.
