Pros: Flexibility and problemsolving attitude

Cons: I understand thw rukes of nkt accepting outside insurance in order not to put the deposit on creditcard, but if it really will take 1-2 month to release it, this is not really acceptable. E.g. if you hire mire cars on a longer journey and have different hotel stayings, than you need a credit card with a very-very big account...

Pros: Staff were friendly, quick pick up and drop off

Cons: I was not aware to expect to find the representative outside the airport building. We walked past them could not see any office so called a number and we're directed back to the airport. Had the instructions made it clear to meet an agent outside the building it would have avoided the delay and confusion. Overall though a great company to deal with.

Pros: It was no WheeGo, but Mercury subcontracted. Very old and damaged almost everywhere car. Half of button board dis not light in the night, steeringwheel was worn out. I asked about that and the answer was, “sorry but we are in the midseason, we have only such cars”.

Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 700.00), Theft Protection, Third Party Liability (TPL), Personal Accident Insurance, Airport surcharge, Road tax, Environmental charge, Free modifications, State Tax.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 24 years.
A Young driver fee is not applied.

Maximum rental age is 78 years.
A senior driver fee applies to drivers over the age of 74.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

The driver license must be written in Latin alphabet.

A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if it is accompanied by a regular driver's license, is issued by an official authority or government-authorized organization, and is in physical (not digital) form.
Deposit and deductible policy

Optional extras and services
Available special equipment: GPS Navigation system, Baby seat (up to 1 year of age), Child seat (2-4 years of age), Booster seat (4-10 years of age), Snow chains.
Prices for extras are shown on the booking page.

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.


Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Additional information
Winter tires are not mandatory in Greece.
Business hours

The supplier will hold the vehicle for 30 minutes after your scheduled pick-up time as long as it is within their normal business hours. After this time, your booking may be canceled without refund.
