Pros: Simple process of car pick up and drop off.

Cons: This is not a criticism, just a suggestion - they didn’t offer any additional insurance with 0 excess payable, and maybe it would be a good idea to have this in the future. They had additional insurance available, but it had an excess payable in case of a claim.

Cons: When we suffered a flat punctured tyre we contacted them for assistance to try and get information of where we could go to change the tyre. The greek lady who took the call was nothing but rude to us and no help at all. She kept screaming at us not to drive the car with the flat tyre! We are both in our early 50 and have been driving a long time! We are not stupid! Help and information is what we needed!!! Not to be spoken to so abruptly and rude!

Pros: I have used them for my last 4 holidays and a brilliant service every time and even when our flight was delayed 4 hours they waited past 10 pm for us. Best value and great cars.

Pros: Our collection was friendly and easy. However we were caught out. The damage to the bonnet was clearly old - it had already been DIY painted over and the dent so minor it would be easy to miss in the dark.

Cons: The speed with which we were simply told - no photo/video = you did the damage and must pay. No negotiation. Lesson to learn - ALWAYS GET PHOTOS AND VIDEOS OF EVERY SQUARE CM OF THE CAR

Pros: All the above scored items. Staff very friendly. Car reliable. Petrol station next to hirer so easy to fill up on return (full to full tank deal).

Cons: Ease of finding (a sign for our provider would have helped to locate - it was not next to all the other hire companies but around the corner on the road out of the airport). Car was a bit old and USB charging point didn’t work (for phone sat nav) - but it didn’t really cause us any grief. Nice to have a small car for the winding roads to beaches.

Cons: Nothing was bad all was good . Only criticism was clear directions to direct from arrivals would help , especially when you have just arrived, it's 35 degrees and you've all your luggage.

Cons: car was not fit to be sent out on hire and when i raised the issue that the tyre on the spare wheel was flat and had significant damage to the sidewall of the tyre the male attendant just tried to suggested that it needed pumping up!! when i disputed his comment he said its ok all the other tyres are new and if i had a problem i just needed to phone for assistants. he had an appalling attitude and had it not been for the gent who booked the car out to me i would not have accepted the car ...

Pros: The collection of the car was faultless and very easy. Two very friendly staff members. Lovely little car.

Cons: A different member of staff when we dropped the car off. Commented the outside of the car was dirty ! Of course it was the car had been driven. But far cleaner than when we recieved it due to rain storm. Just found him alittle bit much.
