Cons: Hardly anyone speaks English, the documents all in Turkish. Don’t even know what I’m signing. When returning the car no one spoke English and could confirm the car is in good condition and will get my deposit back !
Pros: Carnet have deduced the deposit rather than blocking my credit card. They said it was a mistake and they would reimburse but have yet to do so

Cons: When picking up the car the agent suggested that i should buy additional Insurance from them. I told him that i already had bougth such through Discovercars.com but he said that in the event of any problem, that one would not aply and i had to cover the expences that should accur. Fortunatly everything went all right and we did not get involved in any problems.
Pros: I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the vehicle I rented from your company. The car provided to me had severely worn-out tires, which resulted in two of them blowing out simultaneously while I was driving. This not only posed a significant safety hazard but also indicated a lack of proper maintenance and oversight by your team. When the tires exploded, I immediately called the emergency number provided by your company. However, I was shocked and disappointed to be told to
Cons: “fix it yourself.” This response was entirely unacceptable and unprofessional, leaving me stranded and without proper assistance. Upon returning the vehicle and explaining the situation, I was further dismayed by your company’s refusal to compensate me for the full cost of replacing the two damaged tires. It is clear that the condition of the tires was a pre-existing issue, and the responsibility for their maintenance lies with your company. I expect a prompt and satisfactory resolution.
Rental Conditions
Please check the Rental Conditions for each vehicle prior to booking as some conditions, particularly the deposit and deductible, may vary based on the class of vehicle.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 24.
There is no maximum age.
A senior driver fee applies to drivers over the age of 65.
The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 2 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
The driver license must be written in Roman alphabet.
A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.
In order to pick up the car, the renter and each additional driver must present the following documents: passport, valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, booking voucher, Country entry stamp that is not older than 6 months.
Local renters must pass a Findex credit check to pick up the car.
Customers are only allowed to rent only if they agree to a credit check and their credit score is satisfactory.
The exact deposit is determined on pick up since the amount is dependent on the type of vehicle.

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
Underage additional drivers are subject to both Young Driver and Additional Driver fees.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.
Delivery/Collection service is available only by previous request.
Delivery/Collection service is available within city limits. Additional charges will be applied, depending on the distance.

Snow chains are allowed in icy/snowy conditions.
The supplier will hold the vehicle for 1 hour after your scheduled pick-up time as long as it is within their normal business hours. After this time, your booking may be canceled without refund.
