Pros: They made it very easy for us by meeting us at the port to give us the vehicle and meeting us at the airport for us to give it back. Very helpful!
Cons: They didn't have aperson there waiting for us until we called them, but our ferry arrived late. It would be great if they asked for your ferry information so that they would know if you were running late.

Rate includes
Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Additional driver, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 600.00), Theft Protection, Third Party Liability (TPL), Airport surcharge, VAT (value added tax), Free modifications.
Rate excludes
The following mandatory surcharge(s) will be applied: Accident Administration fee.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 21 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.
Maximum rental age is 75 years.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.
The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
For vehicles in groups Luxury, Premium, Wagons a driver license issued at least 3 years ago is required.
The driver license must be written in English alphabet.
Otherwise, the renter must provide an International Driver Permit (IDP).
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.
In addition to documents mentioned previously, the customer will need the following: passport, valid driver license, credit or debit card on a main driver's name, booking voucher.

At time of pick up, customers will be required to pay the amount of the rental and a deposit.
