Pros: Gyors autó felvétel és leadás, online ügyfélszolgálattal való kapcsolattartás.

Cons: Nyitvatartási időn kívüli autó leadás esetén €40 kényelmi felár fizetendő. Ezt túlzónak érzem. Választott kategóriához képest a kapott autó meglátásom szerint kisebb volt. (Fiat Tipo VS. Toyota Yaris cross)

Pros: Easy to find location. The car was what we paid. Overall, a note of 7-8 for Cargini.

Cons: The car (fiat panda hibrid 25.000 km) had lots of scratches when I received it, and two minor damages (mentioned in the inspection), the cargini agent (all do a nice person) did not want to help with mounting the child seat, even do we did not now how to do it with a new for us chair, this on around midnight. On the driver's floor, the care was dirty.

Cons: Hanno speculato su 10 minuti di ritardo facendomi pagare 40 euro di penale e mi hanno estorto una ulteriore polizza (ulteriori 120 €) dopo che avevo già acquistato la polizza full coverage sul Web . Infine mi hanno dato la macchina senza il pieno di carburante (mancava 1/8).

Pros: very good price, more expensive only because of out-of-office hours pick-up. Nice car with very little scratches

Cons: From the beginning I was hardly adviced to pay for full insurance... Otherwise every little visual issue would cost me huge part of deposit. During the pick-up check, every single scratch was identified. In case of any new scratch, I can not imagine how much they would take from deposit, but car with ~20 scratches --> it would change nothing if there was one more. Same story with front window... along with 5-8 micro holes, another one would cost me full deposit..then another car was offered.

Pros: The car was not in perfect condition. Many scratches. Also usb was not working. And it was supposed to have full gazolin in the contrac,it was 3/4.

Cons: When there is a damage (small scratch in this case less then 2cm) this is a real scam since the rate for repairing a small scratch (350E here) is a lot overpriced ! And customer (me) cannot ask another expert of the insurance to argue about that scam! This is a shame.

Pros: They made it very easy for us by meeting us at the port to give us the vehicle and meeting us at the airport for us to give it back. Very helpful!

Cons: They didn't have aperson there waiting for us until we called them, but our ferry arrived late. It would be great if they asked for your ferry information so that they would know if you were running late.

Rate excludes
The following mandatory surcharge(s) will be applied: Accident Administration fee.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 21 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.

Maximum rental age is 75 years.
A senior driver fee applies to drivers over the age of 72.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

For vehicles in groups Luxury, Premium, Wagons a driver license issued at least 3 years ago is required.

The driver license must be written in English alphabet.
Otherwise, the renter must provide an International Driver Permit (IDP).
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if it is accompanied by a regular driver's license, is issued by an official authority or government-authorized organization, and is in physical (not digital) form.

In addition to documents mentioned previously, the customer will need the following: passport, valid driver license, credit or debit card on a main driver's name, booking voucher.
Deposit and deductible policy

Optional extras and services
Available special equipment: Baby seat (up to 1 year of age), Child seat (2-4 years of age), Booster seat (4-10 years of age).
Prices for extras are shown on the booking page.

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
Underage additional drivers are subject to both Young Driver and Additional Driver fees.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.

The first additional driver is allowed free of charge.
Certain additional drivers are subject to both an Additional Driver fee as well as either a Young Driver or Senior Driver fee.
Delivery/Collection service is available only by previous request.
Additional charges will be applied.
Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a certain amount of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.

A deposit for a tank of fuel is required upon pick up. Fuel deposit prices can vary depending on the car model and the market fuel prices in force when receiving the car.
Additional information
The vehicle must be returned in an acceptably clean condition in order to avoid additional charges.

Winter tires are not mandatory in Greece.
Rental period
The maximum rental period per agreement is 31 days.
Business hours
Service outside of business hours is available by request and for an additional charge.
The supplier will hold the vehicle for 1 hour after your scheduled pick-up time as long as it is within their normal business hours. After this time, your booking may be canceled without refund.
