Avec Rent A Car at Kayseri International Airport

Pros: Excellent, the only hitch was that they told me of an extra insurance even though I had all the insurances that discover cars offer. They said that this Avec insure was in case of accident I would not have to pay Avec for the damage and wait for Discover car insurance to reimburse me later. This is a SCAM.

Pros: The agents are very helpful and thoughtful. It was very hot day when we pickup our car, the agents gave us two bottle of water. It is very nice.

Pros: I have rented twice now from Avec and the only thing I can say is absolute amazing service.

Pros: We used Avec twice on our trip and both times the cars were new, with great features and in good condition. Staff were very helpful and the process was efficient.

Pros: They are very friendly. Depending on my flight, they were kind enough to go and extra mile and allowed me to deposit after 2 hours of the scheduled time.

Cons: They didn't review the car with us beforehand, so we had to send pics of all the dents and scratches; I guess this is the norm, but we had an awesome experience previously with Ziraat in Izmir that made us realize what exceptional service looks like.

Cons: The lack of signs in the airport to direct customer where to pick up and drop off the car.

Pros: The rental is good, no issues. Rental process was all good and easy.

Cons: they moved their office to airport and it was not conveyed to us . So we waited outside for 15-20 min for the person to come and meet us as per the instructions. There was no communication regarding this, when I called them it was mentioned that the office is inside the airport. The drop off was not great. The guy was rushing us to get out of the car.

Cons: The car we booked was supposed to come with air conditioning but they substituted a small SUV that did not have air conditioning or hill assist! In Gureme there are many hills and sudden stops!

Pros: Hire car was as we expected rather than a similar type which sometimes happens.

Cons: No meet and greet on arrival despite the voucher saying as such. We waited for over 30 minutes and tried calling the hire car company, only for our initial text message to just have a "Hi" reply and nothing else. When the phone was answered by the hire car agent he hung up! We eventually discovered that the hire car company did have a kiosk in the terminal, tucked away. We complained to the agent who acknowledged that the company had just move to the new kiosk.

Pros: The car we rented was new, very clean, and we received exactly what we rented. The guys from Avec were very nice, friendly and professionals. The prices are very good. We received from them a package with still water and wet wipes when we got the car, very nice gesture. They come at the airport to pick you and also bring you back at the airport when you leave the car.

Car was over half empty, and last thing we needed at 1:30am in the morning was to find a gas station before driving to our destination 3.drop off of vehicle was very sketchy, no inspection, or sign off on car condition, Avec worker just got in the car and drove us to the airport 4. Over charged us, we paid nearly double what we had agreed to pay through DiscoverCars
