Pros: Pick up, drop off, value for money, staff and quality of services was great. The car was very good as well. Overall, highly recommend renting a car here!
Cons: 2 small points that might make the experience 10/10. There is a shuttle from airport, which is totally fine, but it was hard to understand that the company representative would wait us outside of the airport, not in the airport. Also, it is unusual and inconvenient that the tank is empty at the pick up time, and should be returned empty. Usually it is full-full rule, which is more convenient.

Pros: car was clean
Cons: While all other car companies had signs right outside the gate, we had to wait an hour and keep calling, in fact I had to ask a different car rental company to call them to come pick us up. Took an hour. When the person finally came, no apology, just picked us up, took us to their office which is a motorcycle dealership. They also didn't mention that when you drop off, you leave the car in a parking lot on with the keys in the car with no one to check us out.

Cons: Fuel refill poli y was a bit confusing. The car only had 1/4 tank and we were told to return at the same level. We were expecting a full tank. Wasted money on over filling the car.

Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 25 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 26.
Maximum rental age is 75 years.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 2 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
Local renters must pass a Findex credit check to pick up the car.
Customers are only allowed to rent only if they agree to a credit check and their credit score is satisfactory.
A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.

In the event of damages to the car, without providing a police report, CDW and any other additional protection become voided.
