Pros: It all went quite easily.
Cons: Knowing what we know now, the location is very easy to find. However, I would advise including the landlord's name with the address as well, and especially stating the address correctly.

Pros: The place was open and working.
Cons: 1. Needed more assistance setting up the car and phone. 2. When calling ahead, they did not cooperate in returning the car late by two hours. We returned the car in time to learn there was no one in need of it. Afterthought, reserve the car in multiplications of 24h, to have the option of fully using it, car can always be returned early.

Pros: Both collection and drop off were really quick, no fuss, no drama, unlike some other hire car operators that I have used previously.
Cons: On h face of it the car was all in good condition. However, it was soon apparent that a wheel bearing was knackered (noise) and the one wiper blade rubber was in tatters.

Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 900.00), Theft Protection, Roadside Assistance (in the country of pick-up), Third Party Liability (TPL), Airport surcharge, Premium Location fee, Free modifications, State Tax.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 23 years.
A Young driver fee is not applied.
Maximum rental age is 75 years.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.
The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
Driver licenses will be accepted if issued in the following country(ies): Australia, Canada, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Northern Ireland, Norway, Switzerland, United Kingdom, USA, EU countries.
Driver licenses from all other countries must be accompanied with International Driving Permit (IDP).
