Pros: The price and the easy drop off (different person than the one who gave us the gar).

Cons: The service while we were picking up the car. Very rude guy, absolutely unpleasant and complicated person who tried to charge us EXTRA for absolutely everything! This was the worst experience we ever had with a car rental company. Be careful not to let them charge you for things they can NOT force you to purchase (like upgrade to bigger / more expensive car) because THEY think you have too much luggage. Absolutely disgraceful.

Pros: When we arrived there were 4 other groups behind us and 3 new desks opened immediately. It was extremely fast. The drop-off was quick also, no problems with naturally dusted car (they have their own mini wash which they do themselves) and 4 days to release deposit.

Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 21 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.

Maximum rental age is 75 years.
A senior driver fee applies to drivers over the age of 70.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 2 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

Driver licenses will be accepted if issued in the following country(ies): United Kingdom, EU countries.
Driver licenses from all other countries must be accompanied with International Driving Permit (IDP).
A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if it is accompanied by a regular driver's license, is issued by an official authority or government-authorized organization, and is in physical (not digital) form.

A digital driver's license will not be accepted — you must bring your physical driving license.

In addition to documents mentioned previously, the customer will need the following: passport, valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, booking voucher, return flight ticket, proof of home address (e.g. Utility bill).
Optional extras and services
Available special equipment: GPS Navigation system, Child seat (2-4 years of age), Booster seat (4-10 years of age).
Prices for extras are shown on the booking page.

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
Underage additional drivers are subject to both Young Driver and Additional Driver fees.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.

It is allowed to add up to 2 additional drivers.
Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a certain amount of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Additional information
The vehicle must be returned in an acceptably clean condition in order to avoid additional charges.
Winter tires are not mandatory in Greece.
Business hours
The supplier will hold the vehicle for 60 minutes after your scheduled pick-up time as long as it is within their normal business hours. After this time, your booking may be canceled without refund.
