Pros: Car was very old.

Cons: Location not so bad.

Pros: I have never experienced something like this . They rent cars in an isle and think that the minimal presence of sand is abnormal . I would definetively not reccomend

Cons: All the service . The car was not the one booked and the general conditions were not good. The cleaning policy is ridicoulous with no chance to debate . It would be better of They ask a full cleaning before get the car back . Please be far from this agency

Pros: The staff member at the airport desk was welcoming and efficient. He had the booking details on hand and merely required my passport, driver's licence details and payment of the balance. Took no more than 10 minutes to complete and I had the keys to the vehicle.

Pros: Very friendly staff, Provided good information about Kos and driving rules

Pros: excellent car and good service

Cons: nothing

Pros: Both of the staff at pick-up and drop off were very friendly and helpful. Everything was ready and clearly explained. We've rented a lot of cars and this was the best experience by far. Thank you we will definitely hire from you again!

Cons: Nothing everything was 100%

Pros: They spoke good English and clearly explained what we were covered for and not they advised us to take photos of the car and told us where to find it in the car park

Cons: The car was well used but in good clean condition. I prefer to be shown the car rather than just handed the keys, this may be a staffing issue or how it's done now

Cons: Advance insisted that the car interior was cleaned before return- no sand etc which is an unreasonable expectation. They issued the car 5/8 full of fuel but insisted that it was returned 4/6 full I.e about another £10 of fuel. This request was ignored

Pros: The staff at Kos Airport was very friendly.

Pros: Fast service

Cons: When we were returning the car, they told us that the car is too dirty and charged us 23 Euro extra. However, in the agreement it didn't say that we have to wash the car (and the car wasn't dirty, we took out all the trash and cleaned it from the outside, there was a little bit of sand inside).

Cons: The car was a bit too old

Pros: Very professional, even in these strange Covid times.

Cons: Nothing. Would use again.

Pros: Great service

Cons: car had a few dents and scratches but all were visible on the declaration form.

Pros: cheap and lovely

Pros: Everything

Cons: No one at airport at hte moment I dropped off the car.

Pros: When I returned it, the agent went away to inspect the car and came back and told me all was good.

Cons: I had to wait both times for an agent to be in the office. When I arrived I was under the impression I had booked a 'meet and greet' service - but there was nobody to meet me.

Pros: The girl that worked at the desk was very nice.

Cons: Squeezed another 80 Euros without any good reason when I dropped back the car. The car was without any damage, just a bit of dust and dirt, nothing dramatic and yet they insisted in charging that extra cleaning fee. Even after I cleaned the car myself they still charged me... Scammers...
