Pros: Very friendly agent behind the desk. They worked very wel together with the other staf. They explained everything very wel. Our car had some damages (which is normal for a rental) but the staf already took pictures en asked us to take pictures as wel. 10/10 I would come here again! Please book here if you’re on Kos, cheap and perfect!

Cons: L’assicurazione locale aggiuntiva di €140 (20€ al giorno), il fatto che siamo stati obbligati a lavare l’auto prima della riconsegna perché se era sporca (esternamente o internamente) si sarebbero tenuti parte della cauzione (100€ in contanti versati oltre ai 140€ di assicurazione locale)

Pros: Nothing. Had a very poor experience, that we will not repeat.

Cons: Overall, initial pick up, although lengthy, was okay. On return however, truly shocking treatment from the attendant who challenged us angrily with regard to the condition of the vehicle. Not damage, but she was incredulous that we could return the vehicle with sand in footwells - saying no respect, no respect, you will be charged! I took the car for a ten min clean at the garage opposite and she admitted it was fine, but truly felt like a I'd been treated like a criminal.Unprofessional at best

Pros: I should have to pick up the car at the EXER office. So I was walking to the office. Then I saw the lady in charge in front of the office. She said that she was waiting for me at the airport. Very nice of her but I did not knew that. At the departure I asked to deliver the car at about 7.45. 15 minutes before opening of the office. The lady of the office was there right in time. She asked me to bring me to the airport but I said thanks to that and that I walked to the airport in only 5 minutes.

Cons: Everything was OK. The prices of the rentsl cars are now very high in 2022 but EXER is not to blame for that.

Pros: Just the drop off.

Cons: On arrival, although I had paid the deposit my partner wanted to be the driver. The hire car rep stated that as I had paid the deposit, I had to be the first driver and my partner the second and charged us 21 euros and wouldn't budge on it even though I wasn't going to be a driver. Then they said we had to pay an out of hours fee of 25 Euros as it was after 2100 hours. It was 2104 hours. Ridiculous! None of this was mentioned when we booked. Feel like I was taken advantage of.

Rate includes
Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 800.00), Theft Protection, Roadside Assistance (in the country of pick-up), Third Party Liability (TPL), Airport surcharge, State Tax.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 21 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 24.

There is no maximum age.
A senior driver fee applies to drivers over the age of 75.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
In addition to the regular driver license, an International Driving Permit is also mandatory if the customer is not a resident of the following country(ies): EU countries. Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.

In addition to documents mentioned previously, the customer will need the following: valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, Passport or ID card, booking voucher.
Deposit and deductible policy
A deposit will be blocked on the customer's credit card and will be released within 30 days after drop-off.
The exact deposit is determined on pick up since the amount is dependent on the type of vehicle.
Optional extras and services
Available special equipment: Baby seat (up to 1 year of age), Child seat (2-4 years of age), Booster seat (4-10 years of age).
Prices for extras are shown on the booking page.

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
Underage additional drivers are subject to both Young Driver and Additional Driver fees.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.

Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a certain amount of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Additional information
Winter tires are not mandatory in Greece.
Rental period
The maximum rental period per agreement is 30 days.
If the renter would like to extend the rental period, renter should return to the car hire office at the end of the rental period to sign a new agreement.
Business hours
Service outside of business hours is available by request and for an additional charge.
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 59 minutes.
