Cons: There is no service desk at airport and no dedicated number to contact agent who delivers car to airport. Took some time at Cafe trying to get in contact with agent as it is not clear how to do so on booking. But the agent themselves were great once they arrived.

Cons: Car dirty, fuel was low, had some warning with tire. as a first thing I had to fill fuel and air. Made me buy 70euro insurance on top of comprehensive for windows and tires to avoid a higher deposit

Pros: The rental was clean and in good condition. It was exactly the one we paid for online.
Cons: The service with AloCar was terrible picking up and dropping off the rental car. The agents were unresponsive or extremely delayed with messages and phone calls. They did not pick us up like they said they would. We had to figure out on our own where to meet and once we got there, no one was there. After 30 minutes of waiting and messaging them, they finally got back to us and picked us up to go get the car. The same thing happened when we dropped off the car. Very unprofessional.

Pros: The price point wa unmatched
Cons: The representative (Metin) who delivered and picked up the car was late by 15-20 mints, despite calling in advance. He didn't speak English, hence it was difficult to understand anything. We had a lot of questions unanswered about the vehicl, which we were left to figure out on our own. He was insisting hard on buying the full insurance to not charge the block amount. During drop off, he claimed that there are damages by me, which fortunately I had taken video and image proofs of.

Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 3000.00), Theft Protection, Third Party Liability (TPL), Airport surcharge, VAT (value added tax), Free modifications.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 20 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.
Maximum rental age is 75 years.
A senior driver fee applies to drivers over the age of 65.
The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
Driver licenses will be accepted if issued in the following country(ies): EU countries.
In addition to the regular driver license, an International Driving Permit is also mandatory if the national driver license is not written in English.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.
A credit check is mandatory for local customers at the time of pick up. Local renters must pass a Findex credit check to pick up the car.
Customers are only allowed to rent only if they agree to a credit check and their credit score is satisfactory.
