Pros: We had problems when we went to pick up the car, the price quoted, was not the price that they had at the front desk. When I tried to contact support at Discovery Cars, there was no local support number, and the front desk was not willing to contact someone abroad. Luckily I was able to speak to someone at Discovery, but it cost me a lot in phone calls, and my money ran out before I was able to resolve the matter. but the rep from Alamo did eventually sort it out, and gave us the car at the rate
Cons: The gentlemen as the desk was great, but he was limited in what he could do. However in the end he was able to give us the car at the rate that was initially agreed.

A Young driver fee is not applied.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
The driver license must be written in Latin, English alphabet.
Otherwise, the renter must provide an International Driver Permit (IDP).

In addition to documents mentioned previously, the customer will need the following: passport, valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, booking voucher.

Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Alternatively, the renter may purchase a tank full of fuel at the time of rental and return the tank empty.
