Pick-up instructions
For shuttle pick up customers can take the train to the Ground Transportation Terminal(Baggage Claim). Once you retrieve your luggage exit through door 514 on the west end or 513 on the east. Go outside and walk to island 4. Wait under the sign that reads "off-airport car rental". The shuttle vans will have an "AVR" sign on them. Mileage policy
For all customers, except local renters the mileage is unlimited.
A local renter is defined as a renter who lives within 120 miles of the pickup location and who is not flying into town with a return ticket.
Mileage is limited to 250 miles per day.

Service outside of business hours is available by previous request at airport locations.
