Pros: short time on picking up

Cons: 1) The booking was for 5 seats. In practice the center seat at the back is not for long seating. We received an Opel Astra SW and apparently the center seat has an odd cushion that is totally uncomfortable for seating. This is not a 5 seat car. 2) The car was full of small damages, difficult to trace in case I'll be blamed for one of them. I had to take a lot of pictures

Pros: Right outside the terminal, and immediately on road to put first destination.

Cons: Nobody to receive car, just left in open car park with keys and parking ticket. No confirmation car was returned in good condition., car picked up in dark so no opportunity to really check car condition.

Cons: Getting back the reservation amount (1,5k€) to credit card wasn't quick and easy. Also, in the beginning of rental, agent tried to sell insurance that se hae allready paid once! Not fair!!

Pros: All worked and the pick-up was easy

Cons: That the car rental company was not Abby car so there were actually 3 different members which was a bit confusing, from discover cars to Abby car and this what was the actual company. Also I chose the car because of unlimited mileage but it was not in reality (300km per day limit), it was not a problem for me but just if I rent for unlimited it should be so.

Cons: Email response is very slow from discovers car end. It took 1-2days for reply. I personally think it’s better to take insurance directly from the car rental itself on the day you pick up the car from the agent coz it’s easier and faster due to the third party company liaison takes more time than usual.

The following mandatory surcharge(s) will be applied: Toll pass / E-toll device, Road tax.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 21 years.
A Young driver fee is not applied.

Maximum rental age is 75 years.
A senior driver fee applies to drivers over the age of 61.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 2 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

The driver license must be written in Latin alphabet.
Driver licenses will be accepted if issued in the following country(ies): United Kingdom, EU countries.
Otherwise, the renter must provide an International Driver Permit (IDP).
A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.

In addition to documents mentioned previously, the customer will need the following: passport, valid driver license, ID card, credit card on a main drivers name, booking voucher.
Deposit and deductible policy
A deposit will be blocked on the customer's credit card and will be released within 30 days after drop-off.
The exact deposit is determined on pick up since the amount is dependent on the type of vehicle.
Optional extras and services
Available special equipment: GPS Navigation system, Child seat (2-4 years of age), Booster seat (4-10 years of age), Snow chains, Winter tires.
Prices for extras are shown on the booking page.

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.

Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Additional information
The vehicle must be returned in an acceptably clean condition in order to avoid additional charges.
By law, winter tires are mandatory on all roads from 15.11 to 15.03.
Snow chains are recommended in icy/snowy conditions, especially when traveling in mountainous areas.
Business hours
Service outside of business hours is available by request and for an additional charge.
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 59 minutes.
