Pros: short time on picking up
Cons: 1) The booking was for 5 seats. In practice the center seat at the back is not for long seating. We received an Opel Astra SW and apparently the center seat has an odd cushion that is totally uncomfortable for seating. This is not a 5 seat car. 2) The car was full of small damages, difficult to trace in case I'll be blamed for one of them. I had to take a lot of pictures

Pros: Right outside the terminal, and immediately on road to put first destination.
Cons: Nobody to receive car, just left in open car park with keys and parking ticket. No confirmation car was returned in good condition., car picked up in dark so no opportunity to really check car condition.

Cons: Getting back the reservation amount (1,5k€) to credit card wasn't quick and easy. Also, in the beginning of rental, agent tried to sell insurance that se hae allready paid once! Not fair!!

Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, First additional driver, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 800.00), Theft Protection, Third Party Liability (TPL), Free modifications, State Tax.
