Cons: The car had not been cleaned on the outside - this was confirmed by the rental agent. Also, I have been charged 300 Euros for a dent that is approximately the size of a 5 cent piece which may or may not have already been on the car when I hired it. I found out when I returned the car that I had been charged 30 Euros as a fee for taking the car out of Slovenia to another country. This was not explained to me at the time of rental & I did not take the car outside of Slovenia.

Pros: I liked the friendly and helpful staff. Car was immaculate.
Cons: I didn't like the fact that I couldn't hire the car seat for only one day but had to take it for the entire duration of the hire which made it a lot more expensive.
Pros: Very polite rental agents! The car was very new and clean!
Cons: The motorway vignette was not mentioned in original booking, additional cost is going to be added without knowing!
