    The two main places for picking up a rental car in Trapani are the city’s international airport and the city’s ferry port. The former is a 20-minute drive south of the city while the latter is very centrally located and near a number of local attractions and popular hotels.
    Can you drive from Trapani to Palermo?
    Yes, absolutely – it is perhaps the most popular trip in the northern part of Sicily. Palermo is some 110 km (68 miles) to the east, a trip that takes about 90 minutes. You can either go to explore Palermo and then return to Trapani or choose one of the car rental companies that allows one-way rentals.
    Can you drive from Trapani to Lo Zingaro nature reserve?
    Yes, it’s also possible — and highly recommended, as Lo Zingaro is perhaps the most beautiful protected area in the Trapani region. You cannot drive inside the reserve itself, but the southern entrance, located about a 50-minute drive northeast of Trapani, has a parking lot, and you can proceed on foot from there.

    It was wonderful, spent some quality time with my son and daughter in Sicily. The food is something that makes me go there, and one thing I like most are those small villages which takes me back to when I was young. I have made Sicily one of my top places for a holiday
