Arrival:Call the parking number provided in the email when you collect your luggage.The shuttle will give you a meeting point at your arrival terminal and will be there about ten minutes later on average.If your return flight is scheduled late in the evening, please inform us as soon as possible in case of delay, by phone or email.Rental Process:Upon arrival at the parking lot, the agent will verify your identity.The initial vehicle inspection will be carried out with you using the Free2move app.You can then leave with the vehicle.Some details about your rental:The vehicle is provided with a certain level of fuel, please return it with the same amount. If not, you will be charged for the difference.Please return the vehicle in the same clean condition as when you received it.Failure to follow this rule will result in cleaning fees of €48 (level 1) or €96 (level 2).A deposit must be authorized before the rental; it cannot be done on-site. Without a deposit, the rental will not be possible.You will need to present the following documents:An ID for each driver of the vehicle,A valid driving license for each driver (if the license is in a foreign language, please also present an official translation),Your debit or credit card used for the deposit (must be in the name of the driver),For British licenses only, a "verification code" from the DVLA to allow the rental agent to verify the driving license.WARNING: Without presenting these items, our agents will not provide the vehicle.IMPORTANT: If your documentation is not uploaded in our system, your reservation may be canceled. Furthermore, if we are unable to validate the deposit 24 hours before your reservation starts, it may also be canceled.

Terminal 1: Turn right as you leave the terminal. Go to Terminal 2. Once there, turn left and go to the Sixt branch opposite to collect your vehicle. Terminal 2: Exit, turn left slightly and the building will be ahead just in front of you. Visit the Sixt branch opposite to collect your vehicle.
