By completing your online check-in before arrival, you can skip the queue at the check-in desk, reduce paperwork, and make vehicle collection much faster. Airport Shuttle Pickup (During Office Hours) After collecting your luggage, please call +64 800 801 166 to let our team know you are ready for pickup. Our shuttle usually arrives within 10–15 minutes, depending on traffic conditions. Please note that traffic in Queenstown can be particularly busy between 3:30 PM and 6:00 PM, so wait times may be slightly longer during these peak periods. Follow the airport signs to Shuttle Pickup Zone C and wait in the designated shuttle area. When the Best Car Rentals shuttle van arrives, please signal the driver. Once you arrive at our office, please let our team know that you have completed the online check-in process.
