2. Follow the signs for transfers and exit at door D, where you will find the shuttle transfer area. The Shuttle Transfer Area is outside the AIR NEW ZEALAND Check-in Area.
3. Please wait in the shuttle transfer area for the White Hao Rental Shuttle van (Plate number: HAOCAR) and signal the driver. You will be transferred to the office for vehicle collection.
Note: The reception working hour is 08:00 to 18:00. The last free shuttle pick up (from the airport to the branch) or drop off (from the branch to the airport) is 17:30. If you call to request a shuttle pick up or drop off between 17:30 to 07:59, the 50NZD off-hour services fees per time will be applied. And off-hour service fees are not refundable.
Off-hours pick-up instruction (Between 06:01 pm-07:59 am)
1. If you are collecting your vehicle after the business hours—between 06:01 pm and 07:59 am—you will need to contact the representative (info@haorentals.co.nz) at least two working days before the pick-up to complete the online check-in. All After-Hours Pick-Ups must be prearranged and are NZ $50.00 (including airport transfer).
2. If you fail to pick up at the off-hour, the car will be ready for pick up at the branch until the next day at 11:30 am.

Working hour Pick-up instruction (Between 08:00 am – 06:00 pm):
1. Once you have collected your luggage, please call 0064 21 226 6664 and let the represrntative know that you're ready to be picked up by company shuttle. Usually, the shuttle bus will arrive around 10-15 mins (Depending on the traffic conditions).
2. Follow the signs for transfers and exit at door D, where you will find the shuttle transfer area. The Shuttle Transfer Area is outside the AIR NEW ZEALAND Check-in Area.
3. Please wait in the shuttle transfer area for the White Hao Rental Shuttle van (Plate number: HAOCAR) and signal the driver. You will be transferred to the office for vehicle collection.
Note: The reception working hour is 08:00 to 18:00. The last free shuttle pick up (from the airport to the branch) or drop off (from the branch to the airport) is 17:30. If you call to request a shuttle pick up or drop off between 17:30 to 07:59, the 50NZD off-hour services fees per time will be applied. And off-hour service fees are not refundable.
Off-hours pick-up instruction (Between 06:01 pm-07:59 am)
1. If you are collecting your vehicle after the business hours—between 06:01 pm and 07:59 am—you will need to contact the representative (info@haorentals.co.nz) at least two working days before the pick-up to complete the online check-in. All After-Hours Pick-Ups must be prearranged and are NZ $50.00 (including airport transfer).
2. If you fail to pick up at the off-hour, the car will be ready for pick up at the branch until the next day at 11:30 am.

After exiting the Departure Gates, walk straight ahead for 20 meters to the corner on your right. You will see green signs indicating "Transfers." Please call us at +64 21 199 3456 from this location, and our shuttle will arrive within 15 minutes. Look out for our white Mini Bus with the EZU CAR RENTAL logo on the windows.
2. If you have already exited from the Arrival Gate (as opposed to the Departure Gates), please do not cross the Pedestrian. Proceed straight to the Departure Gates and look for the Transfer sign.

COMING FROM QUEENSTOWN AIRPORT:
• Our free JUCY shuttle can collect customers from the Queenstown Airport. Shuttle runs on demand and can be requested by calling our free phone 0800 399 736 and it takes about 10-15 minutes (depending on traffic). Shuttle runs between 8:30am - 3:45pm.
• Shuttle meeting point: Follow the signs to shuttle/car rental pick up, it is located next to Jetstar check in. Also there is a free phone available to call our branch (below map).
COMING FROM CITY:
• Our branch is near the Airport. This is about 7km (10 mins drive, traffic dependent) from the town. A taxi costs around $30, or customers can catch the number 1 bus from 27 Camp Street to Queenstown Airport. From the airport, you can catch the free JUCY shuttle to branch.
