Our free JUCY shuttle can collect customers from either the Christchurch Airport Domestic or International terminal. The shuttle loops every 30 minutes and takes about 15 minutes to get to the JUCY Customer Centre. Once you have arrived at Christchurch Airport, and collected your luggage, please call 0800 247 727, and select option 2. Make your way through the Terminal, walking past the check-in counters. Exit the terminal though door 1 or 2 and turn right. The Airpark Canterbury Shuttle will collect you from the shuttle collection area, just past the pink “Park and Ride” sign. Please use the shuttle marked “Airpark Canterbury” with the LED sign for “Russley Road”

Christchurch Airport Arrival Once you have collected your luggage, please call 03 360 3113 and select option 1 for the Airpark Canterbury courtesy shuttle which will pick you up from the airport. There is an Airpark Canterbury freephone at door 7 of the airport if need. The shuttle collection area is located outside Door 1 and 2 of the airport terminal. The Airpark shuttle buses are red and white Mercedes Vans with trailers attached, they have large Airpark Canterbury stickers across them.

After collecting your baggage, stay inside and turn right to walk past the Long White Cloud cafe. Turn left at the Escalator following the sign for the check-in hall. Continue to the end of the hall towards the Regional Terminal and exit through Door 2 on your left. Walk 5 metres straight ahead to the collection point and wait for the pink and blue GO shuttle to collect you. If you would like to fast track your vehicle collection, please complete web check-in https://www.gorentals.co.nz/online-check-in/ or download the GO Rentals App and complete the check-in there https://www.gorentals.co.nz/app After hour pick up instructions: You must have completed your check-in process at least 24 hours prior to arrival. If you're flying in, proceed into the international arrivals hall and the Enterprise counter is located beside the Spark counter.

Upon arrival and when you exit Customs, please call plus 64 21 417556 and we will direct you to the pick up point located 5 meters outside Terminal Door 1. outside terminal Door 1. Your may also arrange for pick up anywhere in the city. Just call with the name and address of your hotel and we will send the shuttle to pick you up.
