1. Upon collecting your luggage at Queenstown Airport, follow the airport signs directing you to Transfer/Locker area. After exiting the Departure Gates, walk straight ahead for 20 meters to the corner on your right. You will see green signs indicating "Transfers." Please call us at +64 21 199 3456 from this location, and our shuttle will arrive within 15 minutes. Look out for our white Mini Bus with the EZU CAR RENTAL logo on the windows.
2. If you have already exited from the Arrival Gate (as opposed to the Departure Gates), please do not cross the Pedestrian. Proceed straight to the Departure Gates and look for the Transfer sign.

2. Follow the signs for transfers and exit at door D, where you will find the shuttle transfer area. The Shuttle Transfer Area is outside the AIR NEW ZEALAND Check-in Area.
3. Please wait in the shuttle transfer area for the White Hao Rental Shuttle van (Plate number: HAOCAR) and signal the driver. You will be transferred to the office for vehicle collection.
Note: The reception working hour is 08:00 to 18:00. The last free shuttle pick up (from the airport to the branch) or drop off (from the branch to the airport) is 17:30. If you call to request a shuttle pick up or drop off between 17:30 to 07:59, the 50NZD off-hour services fees per time will be applied. And off-hour service fees are not refundable.
Off-hours pick-up instruction (Between 06:01 pm-07:59 am)
1. If you are collecting your vehicle after the business hours—between 06:01 pm and 07:59 am—you will need to contact the representative (info@haorentals.co.nz) at least two working days before the pick-up to complete the online check-in. All After-Hours Pick-Ups must be prearranged and are NZ $50.00 (including airport transfer).
2. If you fail to pick up at the off-hour, the car will be ready for pick up at the branch until the next day at 11:30 am.

Great drive along the lake from Queenstown to Glenorchy, was one of the most scenic drives we did in NZ. Preferred the small town heritage nature of Arrowtown to Queenstown. Loved the Ayrburn winery near by to Arrowtown.
