1. If you are collecting your vehicle after the business hours—between 06:01 pm and 07:59 am—you will need to contact the representative (info@haorentals.co.nz) at least two working days before the pick-up to complete the online check-in. All After-Hours Pick-Ups must be prearranged and are NZ $50.00 (including airport transfer).

Great scenery from Queenstown to Franz Joseph and then the next day onwards to Greymouth. allow 20% more time for all the photo stops! Also well worth going to the wildlife centre at Franz Joseph to see the kiwis.

Great drive along the lake from Queenstown to Glenorchy, was one of the most scenic drives we did in NZ. Preferred the small town heritage nature of Arrowtown to Queenstown. Loved the Ayrburn winery near by to Arrowtown.

Highlight of my first trip to Queenstown had to be the Steamer on the TSS Earnshaw and visit to Walters peak farm , overall the 360 degree stunning scenery in the area was breathtaking
