We are located at 121 Glenda Drive, Frankton, Queenstown. Open Hours from 9:00 to 17:00 - 7 days a week. Alternatively, you can call us on “820” ext 3 using the FREE PHONE located at the TRANSFERS.
After-hours service (pick-up/drop-off) a contact must be made before through our e-mail qst@nzdcr.co.nz.

2. Follow the signs for transfers and exit at door D, where you will find the shuttle transfer area. The Shuttle Transfer Area is outside the AIR NEW ZEALAND Check-in Area.
3. Please wait in the shuttle transfer area for the White Hao Rental Shuttle van (Plate number: HAOCAR) and signal the driver. You will be transferred to our office for vehicle collection.
Note: The reception working hour is 08:00 to 18:00. The last free shuttle pick up (from the airport to the branch) or drop off (from the branch to the airport) is 17:30. If you call us to request a shuttle pick up or drop off between 17:30 to 07:59, the 45NZD off-hour services fees per time will be applied. And off-hour service fees are not refundable.

1. If you are collecting your vehicle after our business hours—between 06:01 pm and 07:59 am—you will need to contact us (info@haorentals.co.nz) at least two working days before the pick-up to complete the online check-in. All After-Hours Pick-Ups must be prearranged and are NZ $45.00 (including airport transfer).

3. Please wait in the shuttle transfer area for the White Hao Rental Shuttle van (Plate number: HAOCAR) and signal the driver. You will be transferred to our office for vehicle collection.
Note: The reception working hour is 08:00 to 18:00. The last free shuttle pick up (from the airport to the branch) or drop off (from the branch to the airport) is 17:30. If you call us to request a shuttle pick up or drop off between 17:30 to 07:59, the 45NZD off-hour services fees per time will be applied. And off-hour service fees are not refundable.

International Terminal: Exit door 8 and walk straight across the pedestrian crossing. You will then see signs for
the ‘Off-Site Transfer Zone’. Follow the signs until you reach the transfer zone (approx. 3-5 min walk)
Domestic Terminal: Exit door 9 (outside Jetstar). Walk across the pedestrian crossing and wait in the very last
bus shelter.

All After Hours Pick Ups must be prearranged and are NZ $50.00 (including
airport transfer). If you do not have an After Hours Pick Up listed on your confirmation, please call. Once prearranged, when you arrive in Auckland, you will need to contact
Aeroparks on 0800 237672 / +6492572724. We will charge the full amount due for the rental on the working day
before your rental begins, using the credit card you have supplied when booking. To ensure your vehicle will be
waiting for you at our after-hours service, please ensure there are adequate funds on this credit card.

For Domestic arrivals: shuttle area is just outside door 8 of Jet Star Terminal. You may also come directly to Autounion office to pick up the car.
Online check-in is mandatory for after-hours pickups. Please email 24 hours prior to pick up on 'accounts@autounion.co.nz' to do the online check in if you are arriving between 19.01-06.59

Note: The reception working hour is 08:00 to 18:00. The last free shuttle pick up (from the airport to the branch) or drop off (from the branch to the airport) is 17:30. If you call us to request a shuttle pick up or drop off between 17:30 to 07:59, the 45NZD off-hour services fees per time will be applied. And off-hour service fees are not refundable.
Off-hours pick-up instruction (Between 06:01 pm-07:59 am)
1. If you are collecting your vehicle after our business hours—between 06:01 pm and 07:59 am—you will need to contact us (info@haorentals.co.nz) at least two working days before the pick-up to complete the online check-in. All After-Hours Pick-Ups must be prearranged and are NZ $45.00 (including airport transfer).
2. If you fail to pick up at the off-hour, the car will be ready for pick up at our branch until the next day at 11:30 am.

Pour parcourir les 2 îles (ce que j’ai eu la chance de faire, et ce que je recommande pleinement), l’idéal selon moi est de pouvoir répartir 6 à 8 semaines, avec ⅔ tier de ce temps alloué à l’île du sud (qui reste un cran plus impressionnante que la voisine du nord).

Allez en Nouvelle Zélande ! L'île Nord nous a permis de découvrir les plages de sable noir à Muriwai, Waiheke Island, la forêt ancestral de Waipoua, des chutes et grottes incroyables, Hobbiton, un village Maori, des sources géothermales surréalistes, des plages magnifiques et des stations balnéaires de surfeurs chills!
Très difficile de découvrir toutes ces merveilles sans voiture...en revanche le réseau routier est dangereux, il faut être très prudent (bzaucoup de 2 voies sans séparation centrale et nombreux reliefs et tournants). Mais ça vaut le coup!

J’ai parcouru environ 5 000 kilomètres sur l’île du Nord et ensuite l’île du Sud et la Toyota Yaris était parfaite étant tout seul. Le coffre était juste assez grand pour la valise et un sac de délestage pour cacher mes bagages quand je stationnai mon véhicule. La voiture était confortable grâce au système de conduite automatique, la climatisation le GPS grâce au téléphone connecté.
