Usually, the shuttle bus will arrive around 10-15 mins (Depending on the traffic conditions). 2. Follow the signs for transfers and exit at door D, where you will find the shuttle transfer area. The Shuttle Transfer Area is outside the AIR NEW ZEALAND Check-in Area. 3. Please wait in the shuttle transfer area for the White Hao Rental Shuttle van (Plate number: HAOCAR) and signal the driver. You will be transferred to the office for vehicle collection. Note: The reception working hour is 08:00 to 18:00. The last free shuttle pick up (from the airport to the branch) or drop off (from the branch to the airport) is 17:30. If you call to request a shuttle pick up or drop off between 17:30 to 07:59, the 50NZD off-hour services fees per time will be applied. And off-hour service fees are not refundable. Off-hours pick-up instruction (Between 06:01 pm-07:59 am) 1. If you are collecting your vehicle after the business hours—between 06:01 pm and 07:59 am—you will need to contact the representative (info@haorentals.co.nz) at least two working days before the pick-up to complete the online check-in. All After-Hours Pick-Ups must be prearranged and are NZ $50.00 (including airport transfer). 2. After collecting your baggage, please proceed to Door/Exit 1 of the terminal and call Airpark Canterbury using the phone number provided in your instruction email. Their shuttle will pick you up and take you to our facility to collect your vehicle. The supplier partners with Airpark Canterbury for after-hours service.

Check-in at www.moderentals.co.nz/check-in is recommended at least two hours before pick-up. If your pick-up is after-hours, check-in is mandatory at least two hours before the end of business day. After hours call the after-hours agent, Heartland Hotel, on (09) 275 4540. Domestic Terminal: To meet your shuttle, exit the terminal through Door 9 near the Jetstar baggage collection. Head across the pedestrian crossing to the far lane. A driver will meet you in the off-airport pick-up area. International Terminal: To meet your shuttle, head to exit Door 8, cross the pedestrian crossing, and follow the sign “Off-Site Shuttle Transfers”. Carry on until you reach the Off-Site Transfer Area. Once you have arrived, please follow the sign “Shuttle 5 & 6” and wait at Shuttle Lane 5 for your collection

Airport Arrival Once you have collected your luggage, Please call us on 09 257 0992 . Our courtesy shuttle will pick you up from the Airport. Please look out for a marked Park and Fly shuttle bus. Exit the main terminal and make your way to the Transport Pickup Zone where the shuttle marked 'Park N Fly' will collect you.  The covered walkway begins directly opposite the international arrivals area with clear signage to guide you to the transport pick-up zone.  The walk is approximately 5-10 minutes.  Domestic Terminal – Jetstar Door 8 you will see shuttle area
