Once you have collected your luggage and cleared customs, please call us to order your shuttle on 09 275 4085 ext 3 (Local) or mobile: 022 405 5259; +(00)64 09 275 4085 (International) and walk to the TRANFERS (right side of the terminal, near the check-in counters) our driver will meet you there. We are located at 121 Glenda Drive, Frankton, Queenstown. Open Hours from 9:00 to 17:00 - 7 days a week. Alternatively, you can call us on “820” ext 3 using the FREE PHONE located at the TRANSFERS. After-hours service (pick-up/drop-off) a contact must be made before through our e-mail qst@nzdcr.co.nz.

Once you have collected your luggage, please call 0064 21 769 888 OR 0064 3 360 3113 and let Hao Rentals know that you're ready to be picked up by the shuttle. Usually, the shuttle bus will arrive around 5-10 mins (Depending on the traffic conditions). 2. Please make your way to Door 1 of Christchurch Airport's Domestic Terminal (signs for "Car Rental Transfers"). Directly outside of Door 1 is a row of bus shelters - the shuttle will arrive just outside of Door 1 once requested. The shuttle bus with the sign of Airpark Canterbury will pick you up and take you to Hao Rentals’ office. The shuttle bus with the sign of Airpark Canterbury will pick you up, take you to office, and get the car key. Please take the van with the “Logistics Drive” sign on the windscreen. Off-hours pick-up instruction (Between 06:01 pm-07:59 am) If you are collecting your vehicle after the business hours - you will need to contact car rental provider’s After Hours Pick Up team. All After Hours Pick Ups must be prearranged and are NZ $50.00 (including airport transfer). If you do not have an After Hours Pick Up listed on your confirmation please contact Hao Rentals and Hao Rentals can add this to your booking. Once prearranged, when you arrive at Christchurch Airport you will need to contact Airpark Canterbury on 03 360 3113 / 0800 24 77 27. Hao Rentals will charge the full amount due for the rental on the working day before your rental begins - using the credit card you have supplied when booking. To ensure your vehicle will be waiting for you at the after hours service, please ensure there are adequate funds on this credit card. 1. Upon collecting your luggage at Queenstown Airport, follow the airport signs directing you to Transfer/Locker area. After exiting the Departure Gates, walk straight ahead for 20 meters to the corner on your right. You will see green signs indicating "Transfers." Please call us at +64 21 199 3456 from this location, and our shuttle will arrive within 15 minutes. Look out for our white Mini Bus with the EZU CAR RENTAL logo on the windows. 2. If you have already exited from the Arrival Gate (as opposed to the Departure Gates), please do not cross the Pedestrian. Proceed straight to the Departure Gates and look for the Transfer sign.
