Upon your arrival at Gran Canaria Airport, and once you have left the baggage claim area, please turn left in direction to the International Arrivals. Once you enter the Hall, please turn right and in a 5 meters distance you’ll see the meeting point next to the Spar Supermarket. A staff member from Gobycar will be waiting for you there. The office is located outside the Airport Terminal. You can use the free Shuttle Bus service to reach it. After collecting your luggage, exit the building through the door right in front of the baggage claim area and head to the left. You'll find the shuttle bus, which will transport you to the office, at stops E06 and E07, located 400 meters to the left of the exit gate. .
