What is the minimum age to rent a car?
You must be at least 18 to rent a car in Lanzorante, though some companies have a higher minimum age. If you are under 25, you likely will have to pay a young driver fee.
Is it possible to pay in cash instead of with a credit card?
No, most companies require a credit card for both paying the rental costs and on which the security deposit will be held.
Can I pick up the car earlier than originally agreed?
If you contact our customer support team in advance, we may be able to modify your reservation so that you can collect the rental earlier than originally agreed. If you do not contact us and instead go directly to the supplier, you may find that the car is not yet available, that the rental office is closed, or that they are busy with another customer who was scheduled to come before you. For these reasons, you may have to wait until the original pickup time.
