Pros: The process of picking up and dropping off the car was fairly hassle free, especially the drop off. The attendant checked the car thoroughly before I left it meaning I was confident in receiving my pending credit card charge / deposit back without receiving any unexpected charges

Cons: The car itself came with a laundry list of damage to it. Around maybe 25 - 30 separate areas of damage. These were listed in a separate document for us to check. Some minor and some very noticeable. However, the car itself did run fine and had no issues.

Cons: I could not agree on a different payment, because i forgot my credit card at home. I had a debit card with me, but he did not want to use it. Because of that they charged me full insurance in the amount of 232 eur, so i paid together with your transfer 315 eur. This was to much for me, i know it was my mistake, but i think the seller could find a better solution.

Cons: No snow chains, long waiting time, different car given, and lots of uncertainty about condition of the car, who checks it and stuff like that.

Pros: Dropping of the car was relatively smooth, it was easy to find, and the stuff was friendly,helpful and explicate. Waiting for about 10 mins for a shuttle bus to pick us up and drop off at the Palermo airport.

Cons: Took me 40mins to find it. The guy working there was grumpy, not quite explicate about the whole process of picking up the car, when I told him that I paid extra for full coverage he just ignored me about it and then he mentioned that I don't have that level of coverage. As a family I had reserved for a middle class category car and gave us a smaller car. Was not happy with service that they provided rude,ignorant staff, very long time process of picking up the car.

Cons: Only 1/2 tank of petrol in vehicle so extra time resolving this and getting it logged. Having to pay additional costs due to poor communication between discover cars, hirer and customer. All could have been resolved by copying customer into combination or emailing customer to confirm additional I formation provided had been passed onto hirer.
