My deposit was declined by wheego at counter upon paying by Amex. It was not written anywhere before hand that Amex is not accepted until all the way we landed with our plane and showed up at the counter. We left with no other choice but to go ahead and buy this daily premium package (87.99 EUR) in order to manage to take the car. I am herby writting an offical complaint and requesting a refund as I feel like I have been scammed at the counter.
