When you arrive at Menorca Airport (Arrivals hall), please go to the meeting point located in the Car Park area. To do so, exit the terminal via the exit in the arrivals hall, and directly in front you’ll find the Car Park area and the Meeting Point. There you will see our shuttle bus, a complimentary service that will take you comfortably from the terminal to the Record Go office in less than 2 minutes.

Cons: The car had one tyre very low on pressure so our first job was to go to a garage and blow it up. It stayed up all week which made me think it had been let down deliberately. It was difficult to work out how to cancel the warning on the dash but managed it eventually.

Cons: felt like they are trying to con you from the start. didnt accept the discover cars full insurance , when returning the car , they suggested there were scracthes made by us . even though they were already there (they were not even scracthes, could easily have been t-cut out ) but guess left there to charge future customers . I do paintwork for my job

Pros: Good value, friendly staff, no pressure to take additional insurance, efficient pick up and drop off.

Cons: The only slight issue was that, at the airport, I was looking for a Discover Cars shuttle bus. I later realised that I needed to look out for a RecordGo bus. Not a major issue but had the potential to be confusing.

Pros: The collection process was fast. The car sustained some damage during my rental but the return processing was till fast and the charge levied for the damage was reasonable.

Cons: It was not easy to find the shuttle bus from the terminal and they were a little infrequent.
