Pros: Quick and smooth
Pros: Merver hire a car before was very easy any questions were answered very pleased
Pros: Easy pick up. Easy to find in airport terminal. I had my own excess insurance and the representative was not pushy at all regarding purchasing the full additional insurance. Good service. Drop off also straight forward.
Cons: The only issue I had was finding a parking space when I stopped the car off. In the end, I had to park outside the top car office.

Cons: Didn't get the suv as ordered but the replacement car was bigger and had more space for 4 adults with luggage.
Pros: Topcar staff were friendly & efficient, collection & drop off worked well. There was no issues with handing back the car & my deposit was refunded swiftly in full.

Pros: It was generally fine. The agent explained everything to me clearing and made sure I understood it all.
Cons: 1. The parking number system in the car park was a bit hard to follow; they weren't sequential. 2. The lighting level was low (not their fault), so it was difficult to examine the car for existing damages. 3. No operation booklet in the car, so I had to figure what all the buttons and knobs were for. A basic guide would be useful to help me familiar myself with the car. It took me a while to work out how to switch the ignition on, for instance.

Cons: Cars need to be checked more as the first car had to be returned within 24hr due to brake pads down to metal. 2nd car was due a service when I picked it up

Cons: The staff at the pickup office were slow at processing the car, which given it was late evening was not good customer service.

Pros: The first car was heavily damaged and had not been cleaned, the agent quickly changed it for a new car.
Cons: Very slow and long queue at the desk (1.5hrs). First car was damaged and not cleaned. Incorrect child seat provided (too small)
Pros: O rented in Gran Canaria and the service was excellent. Also a better car than I had anticipated.

Cons: Had to waste 15 minutes updating the damage paperwork. But In my experience, This seems to be the case with any car hire firm.
