Upon arrival at Cancun International Airport, after you have picked up your luggage, one of Flexways representatives will be waiting for you with a blue shirt or vest at one of the following points: T2 International - located in front of the Grab & Go restaurant, after picking up your luggage go to the first door exit on the right. T2 Domestic - located next to the Welcome Bar, after picking up your luggage go to the pre-contract agencies exit. T3 - located next to the Margaritaville bar, after picking up your luggage go to the terminal exit on the right. T4 - located on platform C, after picking up your luggage go to the pre-contract agencies. If you can't find Flexways representative or need help, please call at +525540003802 (Local landline) or +54 9 11 5259-9877 Important: Remember that Flexways is not associated with any cab service. Pros: The only problem was the wrong name was put in the sign at the airport exit so we spent 30 mins trying to find each other . However this was just a human error . See below

Pros: Very good communication, we had a technical issue with the car and it was dealt with quickly and we got it exchanged for a better car. Second driver included in the price. They did not force me to pay for additional insurance as I had an external one.

Cons: The first car we got was very basic - no central lock, manual window opening. It took quite long to pick up the car.
