Upon arrival at Cancun International Airport, after you have collected your luggage, a representative from the supplier will be waiting for you wearing a blue shirt or vest at one of the following points: T2 International - they are situated in front of the Grab and Go restaurant, after collecting your luggage proceed to the first door exit on the right. T2 Domestic - they are located next to the Welcome Bar, after collecting your luggage proceed to the pre-contract agencies exit. T3 - they are situated next to the Margaritaville bar, after collecting your luggage proceed to the terminal exit on the right. T4 - they are located on platform C, after collecting your luggage proceed to the pre-contract agencies. If you can't find the representative or need assistance, please call.

Pros: The only problem was the wrong name was put in the sign at the airport exit so we spent 30 mins trying to find each other . However this was just a human error . See below

Pros: Very good communication, we had a technical issue with the car and it was dealt with quickly and we got it exchanged for a better car. Second driver included in the price. They did not force me to pay for additional insurance as I had an external one.
Cons: The first car we got was very basic - no central lock, manual window opening. It took quite long to pick up the car.
