Pros: Clear and efficient communication. Car type as requested. No hard sell of further products. No problems with returning deposit.

Cons: No water in windscreen wash. Car rental address on website incorrect caused delay and stress in returning car. Had to phone to get correct address.

Pros: Lovely car and pleasant agent, would use again

Cons: No seats in the office while waiting. He is on his own in the office and dealing with clients and having to answer the phone and shuttle to and from airport. While he did it well we were waiting on the return drop off longer than we expected so he could do with an assistant.
