Pros: Simple & quick turnaround with friendly staff

Cons: There were lots of unhighlighted areas of damage to the car on pick up. I felt I needed to take lots of pictures and a video to be confident of not having any issues on return. This proved to be the case (i.e. I needed some of the pictures as evidence on return) but the staff were happy with this and the checkin process went smoothly as a result

Cons: Throughout the rental there was a warning light on about tyre pressure. Representative laughed this off as because of the hot weather . So don’t understand why one tyre was 10 and the other 18.

Pros: No response from support in 2 weeks and still counting. Car was not avaliable when we arrived as our flight had been cancelled, I emailed and called discover cars with no response. I had to find a car on arrival. We travelled with a 18month old child and my elderly mother in law. I will be telling all friends and family to NEVER use discover cars and will be making a formal complaint to relevant regulator. Shockingly poor you ask for my feedback having never responded to my issue..joke!

Pros: - Good value, - booking upgraded to larger vehicle, - new vehicle.

Cons: - They relied on my photos for the original condition of the car. They would have charged for damage to the wheel rim without my photo. - Their fuel policy is to return the car with the same fuel level, digital fuel gauge makes this difficult, "full to full" would be better policy. - We were warned that if the car was dirty or sandy on return that we would be charged for cleaning.

Pros: Pick up went very smoothly. Barbara was very helpful. Car was lovely. Gentleman on return very helpful too. Don’t understand the bad reviews given about Moventur we had no issues and nearly caused us to cancel! Flat credit cards are accepted.

Pros: The Opel was a good sized five door we booked a manual but the automatic we were given was actually fun to drive once I got used to it.

Cons: We had to wait quite a while for them to serve others as only two people there at the desk. With our ‘damage’ we are 95% certain there was no damage to the car when we dropped the keys off early mornings we had photos to show this but Moventor did not respond to our texts or emails and just charged us, so we had to make a claim.
