Pick-up instructions
From domestic arrivals Terminal 2: the Alamo counter is located in the baggage claim area in front of the baggage band. From International arrival Terminal 2: the Alamo counter is located in the customs area on the right of the exit door. From Terminal 3: the Alamo counter is located in the customs zone across from exit doors. Once you pick your luggage up, please walk up to the rental area where you can find our counter. A National Enterprise Alamo representative will provide your the instructions to pick the shuttle service up, taking you to the branch so you can take your vehicle

Pros: Nice car, clearly new or almost, clear desk communication, portable router useful everywhere

Cons: Bought SATNAV Optional but got portable router (very useful!) but car touch screen wouldn’t start navigation either with phones or the router connection.I end up using my own phone without an holder so held by my partner or standing in the bottles holder, but was often falling…in certain area traffic is complicated and the low phone location was distracting from main visual reducing safety. On the return they told me they knew about it so it would be nice they gave a phone holder

Pros: Simple pick up and drop off

Cons: Only little confusing to start as received an email to go to National/Enterprise desk instead of Alamo!? Luckily they were near each other as former had no record. Also had to pay for upgrade as car offered at pick up was at low end of type of car originally offered/expected.
