Please contact the supplier by phone after collecting your luggage. Then proceed to the “Coach Transit Centre” area by following the signs inside the airport. The shuttle service will be waiting for you there once the staff receive your call.

Free Shulle Bus. Once you collect your luggage and are ready to go, please call 07 5586 6900, so we can send the Shuttle Bus on its way to pick you up. Once outside, turn left and walk towards the Bus & Coach Transit Area. Once in the Shuttle bus area, look for the Purple Bus. Our Shuttle Bus can take up to 9 people at once. If your flight is delayed please notify us as soon as possible so we can assist with a following day collection if outside of our working hours. If a customer cannot be contacted by Alpha or does not complete their express check-in before branch closure the customer will not be able to pick up the car and will need to collect it the following day or once the branch opens. Please make sure for any after-hours Sydney bookings you are providing Alpha with customer's phone and email as otherwise, you’ll need to take responsibility for the booking yourself.
