Free Shulle Bus. Once you collect your luggage and are ready to go, please call 07 5586 6900, so we can send the Shuttle Bus on its way to pick you up. Once outside, turn left and walk towards the Bus & Coach Transit Area. Once in the Shuttle bus area, look for the Purple Bus. Our Shuttle Bus can take up to 9 people at once. If your flight is delayed please notify us as soon as possible so we can assist with a following day collection if outside of our working hours. If a customer cannot be contacted by Alpha or does not complete their express check-in before branch closure the customer will not be able to pick up the car and will need to collect it the following day or once the branch opens. Please make sure for any after-hours Sydney bookings you are providing Alpha with customer's phone and email as otherwise, you’ll need to take responsibility for the booking yourself.

Gold Coast Domestic Airport – Collection Procedure (During Business Hours) After landing and collecting your luggage, please call our Gold Coast Off-Airport depot: +61 1300 458 584. Upon entering the terminal, turn right and proceed to the baggage claim. Follow the signs to the Coach/Transit Centre Meeting Point for pickup. Gold Coast International Airport – Collection Procedure (During Business Hours) After landing and collecting your luggage, please call our Gold Coast Off-Airport depot: +61 1300 458 584. Exit Customs and walk straight past the Information Desk. Follow the exit signs toward Ground Transport, heading outside to the Transit Centre Meeting Point. Continue straight, passing Domestic Arrivals, the Taxi Rank, and Public Transport signage. Follow the signs to the Coach/Transit Centre Meeting Point for pickup.
