Cons: The car conditions were not ok and not clean. Shock absorbers of the first car were damaged and YesAway replaced a same typ of car. The second car was the V-Belt loosen and made lots of noises. Inside of both car was not really clean. We found some (finger) nails inside.

Cons: Very satisfied with the rental. The prices in general are high in Thailand, whereas yesaway had one of the best prices. The car was exactly what I like. Not new, but optically ok. I.e. safe and efficient for the quite dangerous roads of Bangkok.

Cons: One of the staff a female was outright rude. She was speaking in a raised voice when she erroneously assumed we could speak Chinese. She also shouted to a colleague not to rent us the car if we don’t have the passport. We were asking if we could use our ID card which is a local drivers license as we were living in BKK. And the snide look on her face was all that’s needed to spoilt an otherwise beautiful weekend. Very discriminatory as the other guest a Caucasian was treated very nicely

Pros: Employees stayed overtime to try to help us out with the credit card issues. Appreciated!

Cons: Due to the fact that the CC PIN was required (which I never had used before), we couldn't pick up the car. Debit cards or cash were not accepted, so we were basically stuck. No alternatives were offered. Company needs to think about fall back scenarios for situations like this.

(origin time of pick up is 2 pm, delayed until 3 pm before car key arrived ) Car return at 2 : 35 was challenged by staff for penalty yet at day of pick up, due to your delayed , promised return at 3 pm on return day.... is no problem .Very annoying & not fair.

Rate includes
Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Additional driver, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: ~€ 260.00), Theft Protection, Third Party Liability (TPL), Free modifications, State Tax.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 21 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.

Maximum rental age is 75 years.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

An International Driving Permit is required (in addition to your regular driver license) if the national driver license is not written in the following language(s): English, Chinese, Thai.
In order to pick up the car, the following documents are required: valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, Passport or ID card.
Deposit and deductible policy

Optional extras and services
Available special equipment: Baby seat (up to 1 year of age), Child seat (2-4 years of age), Booster seat (4-10 years of age).
Prices for extras are shown on the booking page.

Underage additional drivers are also subject to a young driver fee.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.

Additional charges will be applied.

Additional drivers are allowed free of charge.
Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Rental period
The maximum rental period per agreement is 40 days.
Business hours

If the customer is late for a return for more than 59 minutes, extra day charges will apply, in addition to any other rental charges. The supplier will hold the vehicle for 2 hours after your scheduled pick-up time as long as it is within their normal business hours. After this time, your booking may be canceled without refund.
