Cons: car collect was delayed almost 1 hour due to waiting for car key ! (origin time of pick up is 2 pm, delayed until 3 pm before car key arrived ) Car return at 2 : 35 was challenged by staff for penalty yet at day of pick up, due to your delayed , promised return at 3 pm on return day.... is no problem .Very annoying & not fair.
