Cons: Nothing - they are my go to rental company in BKK - this was my fifth hire with them!

Pros: I wanted to extend my current rental, they said I would have to pay the current rate which was over 125 dollars more, I went on discover got the same car for the cheaper price, they told me to bring the car back and pick up the other car for the cheaper price, called 3 times same answer, called to let them know we are 15 minutes away to drop off the car, asked me if I just wanted to keep the same care since I had another reservation???

Pros: Consistently good, with friendly staff and high quality vehicles always in good condition. The in terminal, pick up and drop off locations are very convenient, with good instructions provided on where to fuel up and how to get to the drop off locations

Cons: Service can be a little slow at the busiest of times, but I've never had to wait more than 15 minutes from arriving at the desk to driving off in the car, so this is not really an issue

Cons: We drove around the airport about 4-5 rounds to find the spot to drop off the rental car. No direction sign say “Return rental car”. Scan the QR code doesn't lead us to the right location and very confused and stressful. We almost missed the flight.

Cons: The drop off instructions were wrong and we spent 30-40 minutes driving into and out of the airport over and over again. The drop off location is not on the first floor, as instructed, but on the ground floor where the public car parks are.

Pros: Fantastic service. Staff were friendly and efficient. Returning the car to the airport was so easy, they met us at the departures curb. They even accommodated a change to my return time due to illness at no charge.

Cons: The car itself (Nissan Almera) was a bit basic. It didn't support playing music from an iPhone via Bluetooth or when connected via USB.
