Pros: The service agent reviewing the car was honest

Cons: The initial car which they tried to rent out to was in a very bad condition with lots of accident damages and the spare tire (again) was wrong (smaller size and diameter).

Pros: We got car from Europcars delayed for 40mins, rental agents told us to call for a complaint as she doesn't care. We didn't get car model we reserved but Europscar gave us older car different model, and gave reason many customers returns car at same time then they not ready to prepare or clean car and give us car on time. We think that's kind of bad service and way talk to customer. Car We got was old car and rubber blade not work well in rainy season, its really dangerous.

Cons: Euroscars gave us car delayed 40mins with bad communication, car is not same what we reserved and car quality bad. Rubber blade not wipe well while drive in rain,not see way clear and worst in night time. Its really dangerous to give this type car to customer.

Pros: Good customer care. I was afraid I'd be cheated with fake claims of car damage, but did not happen. Car had some scratches we check before and we check after no change and settled quickly without issues. In a previous experience in Sicily we were cheated with a fake claim of damage.

Pros: Easy pick up and quick drop off checks no bs or shenanigans in either process was appreciated.

Cons: Finding drop off area was a bit tricky, not really rental company's fault, but maybe a bit more detailed route instructions would have helped to reach drop off point in the airport.

Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: ~€ 545.00), Theft Protection, Airport surcharge, Third Party Liability, Road tax, Vehicle registration fee, Environmental charge, VAT (value added tax), Free modifications.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 18 years.
A Young driver fee is not applied.

There is no maximum age.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.
In order to pick up the car, the renter and each additional driver must present the following documents: passport, credit card on a main drivers name, Passport or ID card, booking voucher.
Deposit and deductible policy
A deposit will be blocked on the customer's credit card until the end of the rental period.
The exact deposit is determined on pick up since the amount is dependent on the type of vehicle.
Payment policy
At time of pick up, customers will be required to pay the amount of the rental and a deposit.
It is possible to pay and leave the deposit only with the following payment methods: MasterCard credit card, VISA credit card, American Express credit card.

The main driver must provide a physical payment card in their name with enough funds to cover the deposit to pick up the car. The rental company will neither accept virtual credit cards (e.g., GooglePay or ApplePay) nor someone else’s card (including family members).
Optional extras and services
Available special equipment: Baby seat (up to 1 year of age), Child seat (2-4 years of age), Booster seat (4-10 years of age).
Prices for extras are shown on the booking page.

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.

Booked extras are not guaranteed. All extras are subject to availability at the rental counter.

Certain additional drivers are subject to both an Additional Driver fee as well as either a Young Driver or Senior Driver fee. Delivery/Collection service is available within city limits. Additional charges will be applied, depending on the distance.
Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Business hours
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 0 minutes.
