Pros: The car was good. The engine was very good. The car was easy to drive and very appropriate for my need. The drop off was quite quick

Cons: The insisted a lot to sell me an option to give back the car no full of fuel. The said the price will be cheaper with them than in the country. It was a lie they charged me 80€, the real full was 40€ !!! Honestly I don't understand how it is possible to lie to a customer !!

Dacia Sandero
1/29/20

Pros: Car (new Clio) was very nice and I did get a 'gratis' navigation

Cons: We get a car with one tire 0,8 (almost empty). It should be 2,2!!! There was notification (in French) about this in Car computer and we ask them what is this about. They just turn off notice (which turn ON again after 10 minutes ride) add said that this is nothing!!! Also, I wasnt warned that you have to wash car before returning it (which is a first for me!!!). At the end I have to pay 30€for returning un-wach car!!! My hole cost for renting a car for 6 days was 105€!!!

Pros: They documented all scratches and gave us the car we had reserved! Came with a full tank. Very helpful and walked us through the process. Documents are all in french. Did not hassle us for a cleaning fee. Tires were in good condition. We were scared at first given all of the negative reviews, but we were pleasantly surprised with the entire experience. Thank you!
