Cons: Cleanliness of the car (it was dirty). However, the agent apologized in advance about the condition due to short time between previous drop-off and our pick-up. In addition, Budget didn’t charge us for droping-off unwashed car.

Pros: Very straight forward and easy to deal with, was a little wary having read travel blogs about hire cars in Morocco but overall a stress free experience.
Cons: Slight delay in picking up the vehicle as they had to get it cleaned but they had given us an upgraded vehicle.

Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: ~€ 1165.00), Theft Protection, Third Party Liability (TPL), Free modifications.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 21 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 26.
Maximum rental age is 75 years.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.
The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 2 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
In addition to the regular driver license, an International Driving Permit is also mandatory.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if it is accompanied by a regular driver's license, is issued by an official authority or government-authorized organization, and is in physical (not digital) form.
In addition to documents mentioned previously, the customer will need the following: passport, valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, booking voucher.

Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Rental period
The maximum rental period per agreement is 27 days. If the renter would like to extend the rental period, renter should return to the car hire office at the end of the rental period to sign a new agreement.
Business hours
The supplier will hold the vehicle for 59 minutes after your scheduled pick-up time as long as it is within their normal business hours. After this time, your booking may be canceled without refund.
