Pros: The agency tried to provide the car as soon as possible but we found out other had better
Cons: The person at retun of the car was very rude and disrespectful. I would not recommend dealing with budget as the person was not flexible and tried to scam us for more. Things escalated very quickly and this could have been avoided if the person was accommodating and explained things before renting the car better. I can’t emphasize how rude the person and arrogant the person was with no clear answers.
