Cons: wanted to contact the company when they asked me for the extra amount, but I found the landline number and I couldn't contact the company I booked with to get the money back and withdraw from taking the car to avoid paying that amount, which forced me to pay the amount and take the car reluctantly, in addition to the fact that they gave me a car other than the one I booked..

Cons: Agent trying to sell us more insurance whereas we had full all risk with thirdly party. Very irritaring sales attitude. Furthermore the obligation for the customer to wash the car before return is unheard of in my experience and ridiculous

Pros: I have purchase with my rental full covered but the agent tried to sell me extra insurance worth more than rental. Tried to tell me that other insurance is not good etc… I decline his offer wasn’t professional.

Cons: The car wasn’t clean and conditions of the body wasn’t good. Damages everywhere. The engine wasn’t good over 90k km in dashboard.

Pros: Overall good

Cons: Customers have to queue in the carpark under the sun with no adequate shaded areas. Wondering why the rental office is not located in the airport building I found it strange that I had to add money for the fully comprehensive insurance. I thought I had opted for it as I initially went for the full cover but was told that it was not the case as the deposit is not guaranteed without adding money.

Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: ~€ 1220.00), Theft Protection, Roadside Assistance (in the country of pick-up), Third Party Liability (TPL), Airport surcharge, State Tax.
Rate excludes
The following mandatory surcharge(s) will be applied: Railway Station Surcharge.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 21 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 23.

Maximum rental age is 80 years.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit. Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if it is accompanied by a regular driver's license, is issued by an official authority or government-authorized organization, and is in physical (not digital) form.

In addition to documents mentioned previously, the customer will need the following: passport, valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, booking voucher.

Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.

The vehicle must be returned in an acceptably clean condition in order to avoid additional charges.
Business hours
Service outside of business hours is available by request and for an additional charge.

The grace period will be honored only during business hours. The supplier will hold the vehicle for 2 hours after your scheduled pick-up time as long as it is within their normal business hours. After this time, your booking may be canceled without refund.
