Cons: Long delay collecting car as only one staff member was handling all the customers. He was very good, just unable to deal with all the customers that arrived.

Cons: Service desk was only had one person and no fault to her had a difficult issue to settle with the customer before us, we ended up waiting for a while. If there where more than one staff member I think we would have been seen sooner. Also two staff members could help out customers if needed with their car out in the parking area

The following surcharges may apply: Accident Administration fee, Premium Location surcharge, VAT, Recovery Fee, Airport Surcharge.
An E-Toll is offered in order to avoid violation fees.
An E-toll charge will apply; personal consumption will be charged separately at the end of the rental period.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 21 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.

There is no maximum age.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

Drivers over the age of 75 must present a doctor's certificate of health.
UK customers must bring their DVLA check code along with their photo ID. This check code can be obtained from the DVLA website.
In addition to the regular driver license, an International Driving Permit is also mandatory if the national driver license is not written in English. For driver licenses from countries not party to the International Driving Permit treaty, an official translation of the license must be presented with the original license.
A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if it is accompanied by a regular driver's license, is issued by an official authority or government-authorized organization, and is in physical (not digital) form. Only physical driver's licenses are accepted (not digital versions).
In addition to documents mentioned previously, the customer will need the following: valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, Passport or ID card, booking voucher, 2 proofs of home address (e.g. Utility bill), that is valid for at least 3 months before the pick up date.

Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Alternatively, the renter may purchase a tank full of fuel at the time of rental and return the tank empty.
Additional information
In case of renting at the airport location, the customer must provide a valid flight number in order to make a reservation.
Business hours
Service outside of business hours is available by request and for an additional charge.
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 29 minutes.
If the customer is late for a return for more than 59 minutes, extra day charges will apply, in addition to any other rental charges.
