Pros: As soon as I contacted the car rentals they were there waiting for us to take us to pickup the car. Same on the way back we were taken straight to the airport on delivery of our vehicle. The car was almost brand new and very lovely to drive.I would recommend them to anyone. Will definitely use them again.

Pros: These folks were great from go to whoa. The car was better than expected, super fuel efficient and had the same Michelin Pilot Sport 4 tyres I previously ran on my MX5! These are grippy in the wet and dry but also wear slowly - a lovely surprise and a great thing to discover. I was a little nervous about low profile tyres on 18 inch rims for the comfort of my passenger, a man with impaired mobility, however the suspension was very well tuned and the ride was perfect. Great service in every way.

On returning the car again he grabbed the keys asked me one question on the fuel and left. I wanted to collect a Uber from the location however he almost refused to let me stay and hustled me to the shuttle to the airport which cost me a lot more. Later In the afternoon I received a brief phone call asking me why I hadn't returned the vehicle!

Cons: There seemed to be a minor miscommunication between the booking agent (email) and depot staff. I advised in advance via email that we were travelling with large bike bags and was assured this would be ok. But when we were picked up from the airport the shuttle bus operator had not been informed, and there was not enough luggage space in the rear of the van. Lucky for us we had the shuttle to ourselves and were able to fit all of the bags using some of the seats.

They all bunched up under the gas peddle and and brake control making it dangerous for the controls of the vehicle. Other car rentals simply don’t provide any mats, the factory ones are the proper ones to have but they have a tendency to disappear (customers take them I been told). None factory ones end up what I described above. Strongly recommend not providing mats.

Pros: Picked up car in Launceston and the clerk was on his own and he wasn’t happy about that. He had 3 customers with 10 minutes before closing time. He was stressed but he was rude made snide comments and was generally unhelpful. Drop off at Hobart was a dream. Gave the keys to the agent in the car park. He was lovely

Cons: Confusing return of vehicle. No one to meet you on car return. Didn't know where to leave the car. Queued for 30 minutes in Arrival hall to be told that we could have jumped the queue and just left the keys. Told us they would be in touch!!!
