Cons: Although the speed at which i was able to collect the car was good the service staff were not at all welcoming. The office was not busy. On returning the car again he grabbed the keys asked me one question on the fuel and left. I wanted to collect a Uber from the location however he almost refused to let me stay and hustled me to the shuttle to the airport which cost me a lot more. Later In the afternoon I received a brief phone call asking me why I hadn't returned the vehicle!

Cons: There seemed to be a minor miscommunication between the booking agent (email) and depot staff. I advised in advance via email that we were travelling with large bike bags and was assured this would be ok. But when we were picked up from the airport the shuttle bus operator had not been informed, and there was not enough luggage space in the rear of the van. Lucky for us we had the shuttle to ourselves and were able to fit all of the bags using some of the seats.

They all bunched up under the gas peddle and and brake control making it dangerous for the controls of the vehicle. Other car rentals simply don’t provide any mats, the factory ones are the proper ones to have but they have a tendency to disappear (customers take them I been told). None factory ones end up what I described above. Strongly recommend not providing mats.

Cons: Pick up was a littel confusing. Didn’t receive a confirmation sms after using system to call for pickup. So wasnt sure if it was registered. It worked well. Had to wait a bit longer than expected to pick up car. It was busy. Dont know if online checkin made a big difference.

Cons: Airport pick up was delayed and they didn't answer the phone. Poor instructions provided about how to contact the picup van.
