Pros: I was offered an upgrade at the desk for more spacy car which happened to be 4x4 too.
Cons: I had unexpectedly paid out my pocket for AdBlue $50 in the middle of my car rent. It happened after I called to their service centre and told to do it with my money to be reimbursed at final invoice stage. I reported over phone and by email my expenses with copy of receipt for AdBlue. However my final invoice was received without offsetting that $50 neither any response on my claim. It was in Tasmania.

Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Loss Damage Waiver (damage deductible: ~€ 3040.00), Airport surcharge, Third Party Liability, VAT (value added tax), Free modifications.

Mileage policy
If the customer plans to drive a large number of miles, he/she must return to the local car rental office to inspect the vehicle before reaching 10000 km.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 21 years.
For certain car groups, minimal rental age is 25 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.
There is no maximum age.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.
The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
The driver license must be written in English alphabet.
In addition to the regular driver license, an International Driving Permit is also mandatory if the driver license is written in a language other than that of the renting country and/or in characters that cannot be read in the renting country.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.
In addition to documents mentioned previously, the customer will need the following: passport, valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, booking voucher, flight information.

The exact deposit is determined on pick up since the amount is dependent on the type of vehicle.
