Cons: How the app charge me for full coverage & also the rental companu charged me for the full coverage so i was charged twice for the same thing and i want support and a refund of the amount

A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.
There is no maximum age.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.
The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
Driver licenses will be accepted if issued in the following country(ies): United Kingdom, EU countries.
Driver licenses from all other countries must be accompanied with International Driving Permit (IDP).
A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if it is accompanied by a regular driver's license, is issued by an official authority or government-authorized organization, and is in physical (not digital) form.
In order to pick up the car the customer must present inbound and outbound flight tickets in their name matching the rental period; otherwise, they will be denied service.
In addition to documents mentioned previously, the customer will need the following: passport, valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, booking voucher, return flight ticket, flight information.
If the customer takes the following extra equipment: GPS Navigation system, Baby seat (up to 1 year of age), Child seat (2-4 years of age), Booster seat (4-10 years of age), Ski rack, Snow chains, Winter tires, then an additional amount of deposit will be held on their credit card.
Additional charges will be applied in case the car is crossing state or region borders.
Crossing country borders is forbidden to the following countries: Albania, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Estonia, Georgia, Greece, Greece - Crete Island, Hungary, Iceland, Kazakhstan, Latvia, Lithuania, North Macedonia, Moldova, Montenegro, Romania, Russia, Serbia, Spain - Balearic Islands, Spain-Canary Islands, Turkey, Ukraine, United Kingdom, Greenland, Tajikistan, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan.
Using a ferry is allowed on the previous request and for an additional charge with special permission from the car rental company.

In the event that Cross Border & Territorial Restrictions are violated, all protections lose their validity.

Electric vehicles must be returned with the same battery charge they had when picked up to avoid additional charges (on a per kWh basis). An additional admin fee will be charged if a vehicle is returned with less than 20 % battery charge remaining.
In case of renting at the airport location, the customer must provide a valid flight number in order to make a reservation.
Snow chains are allowed in icy/snowy conditions.
Winter tires are recommended during the winter season but are not mandatory.
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 60 minutes.
If the customer is late for a return for more than 30 minutes, extra day charges will apply, in addition to any other rental charges.
